Phil rang us to check that we were both ok and to make sure that the policies we had with we're still meeting our need's. After a short chat with him about myself and giving some information it was decided to leave my policy as it was. But it was decided that the wife's policy could be changed to a better one.All was explaining to the wife and she decided to change to the new better policy. Phil and the rest of the team are always looking after the best interests of the clients and not themselves.
