I’ve been really pleased with my Reefloat system.

Yes, it’s not the most polished or high-tech product on the market, and at first glance it can seem a little expensive. But when you consider it’s a niche product designed for a relatively small market, and it’s produced by a small business with high costs for parts rather than a huge manufacturer, I think that’s perfectly understandable.

What matters most is that it does exactly what it’s supposed to do. It saves me a huge amount of time on water changes, and the water tank itself is well made and feels like a quality piece of equipment.

I did experience a fault with my unit, but Gordon’s customer service was excellent. He responded quickly, identified the problem and got it sorted within a few days without any hassle, which gave me confidence that support is there if you need it.

Overall, I’d happily recommend Reefloat to anyone looking to automate water changes. It’s a simple, effective system that does its job well and is backed up by great customer service.

Having tried both the auto top up and awc I have had enough sold the top up for spares or repairs having changed the controller twice in 18 months same happened with the awc. Paid for a new one fitted it nothing took the lid off solder joint had snapped off.
I am a highly qualified engineer and find the idea brilliant but the electronics are amateur at best. I contacted Gordon yesterday no reply as usual and sorry to say but avoid these unreliable products.
If any one is interested I am now using two D and D stepper pumps for new water and waste water more control professional manufacture and work. Good bye reefloat you will not be getting any more of my money for what are basically poor products.

I got a Reefloat AWC88 last week.
It makes my life so much easier with mixing and doing the waterchange. I've also made a little trolley for it 🙂
Also the customer service from them is absolutely fantastic i highly recommend getting one!

This is one of the only devices that has made Reef keeping effortless. It was so easy to use and worked perfectly. It mixed saltwater perfectly and changed the water in the tank whilst carrying on with day to day life. Trying to plan a water change with a busy week was always hard and this has made it so easy. I use this on all aquariums saltwater and freshwater with great results. Wish I found this sooner.

Shockingly bad after service. After years of problems with a product not fit for purpose and having spent literally thousands trying to sort it and replacing dead stock as a result, I eventually gave up on Reefloat and switched units. Gordon was completely unsympathetic to the situation and had the audacity to charge for a replacement part which didn’t even solve the problem. Avoid this product at all costs.

Amazing bit of kit. Made water changes so very easy. Coupled together with a dolly that's next to no effort required.

Second reeffloat I've had brilliant piece of kit so reliable original still going strong second one on different tank.
Customer service excellent and arrived well packaged.

My original sensor developed a fault and Gordon replaced it without any hassle and also supplied a new mounting. All free of charge.
Excellent service

Great little Auto top off. I had an Auto top off pro 4 unit from Reefloat and love it. I had an issue with the first unit but Gordon replaced it straight away. Works perfectly.
