Great product, and even better customer service

After trying 3 other brands of Roof sunshade for my Tesla Y Juniper, and returning them because of poor quality and fit, finally I found REEVAA sunshade, and compared it to 4 other brands, REEVAA with their 6 layers of material they came ahead, but couldn’t order it from Amazon because they only gave discount to Prime members only. So I contacted REEVAA directly and they gladly accommodate the purchase with a discount code. during this time, I was supported by their customer service person named "Evelyn" what a great person, helpful, patient, and accommodating, responding to all of my question, and guiding me thru the purchase as well as installation process. we exchanged about 10 Text and every time she patiently answered and helped me. I am so impressed by them, if I could I would give them 10 stars *********

Bonjour, J'ai commande des maniques sur le site, recu un mail le jour meme d'envoi des maniques, puis une semaine sans que rien ne se passe (la reference DPD etait 'inconnue', colis en preparation). Apres 2 emails, le service client me dit que ce doit etre un souci avec DPD. Je recois finalement le colis une semaine apres, sauf que la taille envoyee (XS) n est pas celle commandee (S). Je leur ai envoye 2 emails, photos a l'appui, toujours rien, Je ne suis pas etre optimiste sur mon retour / echange...

Ero scettica perchè qui hanno pochissime stelle, la verità è che sono stati molto carini alla fine.
Mi hanno mandato l’articolo sbagliato, li ho contattati via mail e mi hanno mandato quello giusto ma questa volta abbiamo avuto problemi con la spedizione…
Mi hanno rimandato l’articolo giusto e finalmente è arrivato.
Credo siano onesti semplicemente un po’ sfortunati…
Se ordinate da loro abbiate un po’ di pazienza.

J'ai commandé pour mon fils une ceinture de force pour Noël. La ceinture est trop grande et je veux la retourner pour en acheter une à sa taille. J'ai envoyé plusieurs mails et formulaires et je n'ai aucune réponse. Ile attendent probablement que le délai de retour soit passé... J'espère avoir un mail aujourd'hui car je pensais vraiment que Reeva était une marque sérieuse.

Currently waiting on an order for more than a month. Terrible customer support and logistics. That was for sure my first and last order from them

Acquisto una cintura, purtroppo è troppo grande per me. Chiedo il reso da dieci giorni, nessuno si è degnato di darmi uno straccio di riaposta. Azienda per nulla seria. Aggiornamento giorno 18 ottobre. Dopo che mi hanno risposto e informata del fatto che per l'Italia non è prevista la possibilità di reso, cosa che durante l'acquisto mi era stata garantita dall'operatore, mi hanno fornito un indirizzo di reso. Ho chiesto più volte se il costo di reso fosse a loro spese, avendo pagato di tasca mia la spedizione; non ho mai ricevuto risposta. Mi reco ad un centro di spedizioni e il costo è di 30euro circa. Chiedo allora, se questi soldi mi verranno rimborsati. Nessuno ha risposto. Sconsiglio vivamente di avere a che fare con questa azienda VERAMENTE POCO SERIA E DI DUBBIA ETICA PROFESSIONALE. Aggiornamento: hanno risposto che il reso dall'italia non è gratuito. Loro non si fanno carico del costo di reso però la spedizione se la fanno pagare anche profumatamente. Nuovo aggiornamento giorno 20 ottobre: comunicano che loro accettano resi solo a carico dell'acquirente. Naturalmente non è descritto nella politica di reso dove si parla solo di 30 giorni di tempo per effettuarlo.

Tegen beter weten in, en uit pure wanhoop, toch maar besteld. Maar, zoals verwacht, weggegooid geld. Aan 'CIAP' (Chronische idiopathische axonale polyneuropathie.) is niets, nul, nada te doen. Voor sommige bedrijven een mooi verdienmodel, want er zijn veel ouderen die hieraan lijden. Succes er mee:-((

A éviter absolument ! J ai besoin d échanger ma ceinture mais depuis 15 jours je ne parviens pas à avoir le bon de retour pour envoyer par fedex ! Ils répondent une fois tous les 3 jours aux mails, quand ils veulent bien répondre

Je vous conseille vivement d’éviter , j’ai commencé à regarder les avis après ma commande et je me suis senti bien con.
Cela fait maintenant 7 jours que j’ai effectué une commande de 150€ et elle n’a toujours pas été traitée , pas de retour rien , fatiguée d’utiliser la formulaire de contact car pas de réponse non plus du service client. Vous êtes prévenus.

Doe hier geen aankopen! Tot twee keer toe de verkeerde maat T-shirts gekregen. De klantenservice reageert niet op mijn berichten. Ben bang dat ze failliet zijn.

Op de website staat dat je bestelling binnen 2-3 werkdagen geleverd wordt. Na meer dan een week nog steeds niks ontvangen. Klantenservice reageert niet. Dramatisch en heel erg zonde van een bedrijf met zoveel potentie.

Een gebruikt product ontvangen. Was ook ingescheurd. Na het invullen van een contact formulier wel eventjes wachten voordat je wat hoort. Op verzoek een foto gestuurd en zonder enige weerwoord direct een nieuwe opgestuurd gekregen. Binnen een week was alles geregeld!

Reeva makes excellent gym gear but its logistics / customer support is atrocious. I've ordered with them three times and they have been consistently delayed. When I have tried to reach out to get an idea of when I might expect to receive my order I get no response while they simultaneously bombard me with spam emails. I am also currently waiting on an order which appears to be going to the completely wrong address.

Ten eerste klopt de maatvoering niet op de website. Bij de kneesleeves staat in de maat tabel een fout. Waardoor ik de onjuiste maat heb besteld. Vervolgens wacht ik 1.5 week op een retour formulier. Om vervolgens alleen 1 product mijn geld retour te krijgen terwijl ik alles retour heb gezonden.

Aucune réponse au mail pour un retour ou un échange, du jamais vue.. je ne sais plu quoi faire, sur le site y’a bien marquer retour facile ect. Des menteurs ? Quelqu’un aurait une solution?

Ordered a lifting belt mid January using the fitting guide. Belt was way bigger than advertised. Requested a change from XL to L and got that granted. After sending over the belt, and it arriving at their depot, it has now been almost a month of multiple mails and radio silence from their support.

Edit 09/03:
Support came back after noticing this review, my mails ended up in their spam folder. They proceeded with sending the belt as promised + extra goodies for the inconvenience, much appreciated!
