Reeve is a transparent property marketplace and property services company in India. The Reeve marketplace is free to browse, list and connect on. Users can see who posted a property, important commercial terms, listing activity and how responsive the lister has been before deciding whether to make contact. Reeve does not sell enquiries, does not charge users to contact a lister, and does not sell position in organic marketplace results. Paid property services are separate and optional. In Bangalore (Bengaluru), Reeve provides property management for rented homes, vacant property care, tenant placement and Khata and mutation support. Reeve Managed handles day-to-day tenant communication, scheduled inspections, repair coordination and property records. Reeve Watch provides regular physical visits and dated records for empty properties. Reeve Let handles photography, listings, viewings, negotiation, the rental agreement and documented handover for owners looking for a tenant. Reeve also works with property owners living outside India. NRI Property Services provide one point of coordination in India for eligible property documents and records, property sales, rent and TDS matters, and legal, tax and other professional work. Direct physical property work is currently available in Bangalore, while eligible document and professional coordination can extend across India through the appropriate licensed professionals. Across Reeve's property services, rent and security deposits remain directly between owner and tenant. For Managed and Watch, vendor bills are passed through at actual cost, visits and completed work are documented, and spending above the agreed approval threshold requires written owner approval. Reeve is built around a simple idea: people dealing with property should be able to see what is happening, what it costs and who is responsible.Ver mais
