Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback. We were aware of this issue and have been working hard internally and with the other software vendor to resolve it.

If you haven’t already, please ensure a support ticket has been logged in our system so that our team can assist and provide you with an update. If you have already, and the issue has been resolved, someone from our team will be in touch soon to let you know.

Unfortunately, we do sometimes encounter issues related to how secure messaging works within your clinical system and not as a separate platform. However, rest assured we are continually optimising the integrations to ensure a smooth workflow for users.

We would love to be able to improve your rating of our system once these issues are resolved.

Thank you for leaving us a review, we value customer feedback as it helps to improve our product and service. Sorry to hear that you are not seeing value in secure messaging. We would love to take this opportunity to find out more about why GPs are not contacting you via secure messaging, please reach out to referralnet@global-health.com so that we can assist where we can.

In the meantime, we are putting together some guides and tips on how to let GPs know to use secure messaging instead of other forms of communication.

We are working hard with others in the industry on having more people connected to our network via ReferralNet or Argus. Thankyou for taking some time to leave us some feedback. We recognise that there have been some hurdles with the new Best Practice Software and the impact it has had on Secure Messaging. We are working hard internally and with Best Practice to resolve the issues that are occurring and hope to have these resolved as promptly as possible. If you haven’t already, please ensure a support ticket has been logged in our system so that our team can assist. Unfortunately, we sometimes do encounter short term issues when vendors and clinical systems do upgrades, due to the way secure messaging works within your system and not as a separate platform.

We would love to be able to improve your rating of the software once these issues are resolved.
