Horrible.. bought a faulty product showed receipt and brought product back with all packaging. Not only told no for an exchange even though the product was faulty when I asked questions that he couldn’t answer I got a horrible demeaning attitude. The manager was made aware that we were coming in and didn’t leave a handover with a solution in place. Never heard the likes of it that a company doesn’t exchange a faulty product even though their website says differently.

Bought very expensive drag cigarette at £60 took it home to put on charge it started to smoke and the pins melted took back with recipt and was told it was my fault no refund very bad customer service will not be and will b advising freinds family and anyone reading this STAY AWAY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

Bought a few oils none of them taste of what they say terrible oils and lots of bad reviews of this place bad to say when poundlqnd oils taste better than an actual vape shop

Sunday 7th at 5:30 I experienced Really bad customer service!!! Tried to purchase an e cig, forgot my ID as I didn’t think I needed it due to being served the other day no questions asked by the same server. When my boyfriend went into the store to purchase his own he was told no very rudely didn’t give him a chance to get his ID out! He was told you have to be 25 to purchase. He said ok and walked towards the door, as he was walking out the server(girl) muttered under her breath f*** off. This is a disgrace as we were understanding and nice. I work with the public myself and this is unacceptable way to be treated. Will NOT be back. Definitely do not recommend!!!

Staff always happy to help and the liquids are really tasty and good value, ive been getting the 10 x 10ml bottles that come in the wee box pick and mix. Have not had a flavour yet that I dont like.

Refill Station Abbeycentre took the time to listen to my needs and help me find the right kit for me and the nicest flavours I've tasted.

There was some different flavours in boxes so yous might have got mixed up even though I wanted all the same flavours
