I have bought a £1200 chandelier on 26 Aug & have sent 4 emails. To date I haven’t received my item. The courier doesn’t have my delivery & no-one is giving me any updates. I really wouldn’t recommend any purchase from here !!!

Further to my last review, the owner of this company refused to answer my calls after failing to provide us with a valid VAT number and clearly had no intention of returning the VAT amount that he had charged us. They are NOT VAT registered so if they try to charge you VAT, you should report them to HMRC. Despite their promise that if they hadn't provided us with a VAT number by Friday, they would pay the VAT amount back to us - it is now nearing the end of the day Monday and they have done neither.

I ordered a chandelier from Reflect Lighting back in April. When I received my light (about a month later), it was the wrong chandelier. However, the Reflect Lighting team was amazing to work with. They worked hard to respond and resolve this issue in a timely manner. They were very cooperative in ensuring that, at the end of this process, I was a happy and satisfied customer.
