Very grateful that RefundPros helped us recover lost dollars and inventory from Amazon. Trying to recoup those losses directly from Amazon was very difficult and cumbersome, but RefundPros made it easy. Worth it.

A great company to deal with
A great company to deal with. Customer service has always been great, never had any issues, I have nothing but praise for this company. Not only I don't have to spend hours on the phone with Canada Post requesting refunds any more, RefundPros gets me money back for things, I didn't even know was possible. It's crazy the shipping rates we pay in Canada, so being able to recover some of that is great. Keep up the good work :)

They do exactly as their name says! They apply for all the refunds we are eligible for. The Amazon refunds I was skeptical at first but their work speaks volumes! Money back in the bank! Thank you.

Have been using RefundPros for Canada Post shipping claims for several years successfully up until Covid changed and more recently added their Amazon services and now regularly seeing $$ back that was not going to be reimbursed otherwise. Great service, easy to set up and simple!
