Perfect product fast and super customer service

I’ll be honest, when I first started working with Regal Creds, I had my doubts. I even questioned whether it was legitimate because of some initial hiccups. However, I’m so glad I stuck with them. Their team went above and beyond to address my concerns and accommodate my situation. They took the time to help me navigate the process, and in the end, it was absolutely worth the cost. The results speak for themselves, and I couldn’t be happier. Regal Creds truly delivered on their promises and turned what could have been a frustrating experience into a success. Highly recommended! This is coming from a guy that argued with Kiran for a while becoming frustrated, but he was able to support me through all the frustration. I apologize for the troubling conversations.

This is my second purchase from them as they launched their new hybrid collection. I brought my first card 2 years back and it expired recently. I got the info for the new hybrid card and brought it. The shipping Is really fast. The services offered by them is amazing.

The card exceeded my expectations the quality was wonderful the seller answered all my questions before purchasing and it was worth it.

I'm purchasing from them for the 2nd time the quality and details are top notch as the earlier card. I would recommend if you're getting a metal card get it done from them.

I recently received a replica Centurion Card, and I have to say, I'm quite disappointed with the overall experience and quality. First and foremost, the communication with the business has been frustratingly slow. I reached out earlier this week regarding an issue, but I still haven't heard back.

As for the card itself, the quality leaves much to be desired. I use my card 1-3 times daily, typically for regular swipes or inserts into card machines. After just a week of use, the surface started peeling off. Now, one of the corners is completely shedding its black coloring, revealing the stainless steel underneath. This is unacceptable for a product that is supposed to mimic the original Centurion Card. Moreover, they might consider using methods like stainless steel blackening versus just paint/adhesive surface. I am not sure what it is, but it just peels off with regular use.

Overall, I am very dissatisfied with both the product and the service. I hope the business addresses these issues promptly.

The response was very quick, great customer service and the attention to detail on the custom card was just amazing i would recommend them.

I ordered 2 cards from them and I'm absolutely thrilled with the card it's well printed and looks stunning. The service level from this company has far surpassed my expectations, very satisfied with their service I'll certainly be a repeat customer.

Kiran responded to my email questions,and I felt very comfortable sending my credit card an overseas shipment. But I got exactly what was describe as ordered an excellent workmanship. I plan on making another order for a metal card soon.

Terrible customer support. Do NOT buy from Kiran and his company. Card will be delayed weeks from your order, and when you message him don't expect a response for a while. Overall dissatisfied with my experience, wish it could have gone better.

The process was clear, and the results are fantastic. In my particular case, the production time was about 3 weeks with an additional week on each end for shipping. Thanks.

If I could get zero stars that would be amazing I never received my package I went on and on emailing the company but they just keep referring me back to the tracking and shipping label but obviously it got lost in translation so I requested a refund but to no avail they haven’t given my card company the refund and they’re saying they’re going to do legal action, which is ridiculous considering this company is from India, a Third World country, my credit card company is superior to that I have purchased protection on my account, so either way, I’m gonna get my money.

Worst company ever. I order my card Pay for everything, send my debit card 1st class mail after a month. They said they don't have my design. A ask for my money back they never get my refund. In my debit card, return in the mail. I have to get a new card

Literally asked them 45 questions. Very patiently answered all of them. Very good customer service. And yes, It is not a scam.

About quality, looks good, and has some weight. Better to keep the card in your wallet and not put it on rough surfaces. Recommend.

In one word - Flawless

I made my purchase online and paid via PayPal I was immediately able to contact the company and provide them an image of what I would like.

The company was very responsive and had a mock up drawn up for approval within 48 hours, there were a few changes to be made and these were all completed as quick as possible and left no room for any sort of dissatisfaction.

Once approved the item was created and dispatched, I received it within 72 hours.

I'm thrilled with the card it is well printed and looks good and I am very pleased with the level of service from this company and have no room for complaint and will certainly use them over a UK based equivalent.
