Have an issue with the agreement, do not click the auto-renewal because even if the agreement did not take place, you are not allowed to terminate the service. On the website, it stated easy termination, by just sending them a mail before 30 days. I sent it before 60 days and was denied. "I am deeply disappointed with the reply for the fault of clicking the auto-renewal in the email and I will not be able to terminate the agreement." Hi, guys out there thinking of subscribing to Regus Office Rental, do be cautious not to indicate auto-renewal because the contract will not end." Spend too much time explaining to Regus staff and I am tired. Have engaged a company to handle my case, and hope to end it fast. I think is alright and Regus just reply to show that it did reply to our concern and in fact, it is still not resolve and customer cannot terminate the agreement. It is a scenario like I do not like you but I have no choice but to live with you for the rest of my life. Very dirty business way of doing things. Go to Regus review and there were lots of bad reveiw about it, I am not alone. Reply what ever Regus wants, I will never use Regus again.

It is disappointing to see you post online although we have already assisted you on this extensively.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront.
Prior to any renewal, our customers receive a courtesy email reminder. According to our history, you received this email on 9 June 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services.
However, you accepted the renewal on 19 June 2023 for your new term starting 01 October 2023 to 31 March 2024.
You ended your agreement online on 19 July 2023, so your current agreement will expire on 31 March 2024. It’s a formal business commitment.
