Trots upprepade försök via telefon och e-post har depositionen fortfarande inte betalats ut, och företaget har inte kunnat visa någon betalningsverifikation. Varje kontakt resulterar i löften om utbetalning, men inget händer. Det var även en dold avgift på över 10 000 SEK som inte nämndes av säljaren och som inte kommunicerades tydligt i kontraktet.

Jag vill även uppmärksamma er på att detta förefaller vara ett återkommande förfarande hos Regus (International Workplace Group), då flera andra kunder beskrivit liknande problem med uteblivna depositioner och dolda avgifter. Det är bara att undersöka online och se för er själva.

Att behöva jaga något så grundläggande som en deposition är absurt och totalt oacceptabelt.

We have had offices with Regus in Hyllie for the past 14 months. During this period, we grew from one employee in a small office to six employees across two larger offices.

While Regus has been able to accommodate our growth, we have repeatedly experienced a pricing model that feels inconsistent and difficult to trust. Each time our contract is up for renewal, the price is increased significantly, only to be heavily discounted when we consider leaving. This creates unnecessary uncertainty and makes long-term planning difficult.

Several of my colleagues have also expressed that they do not feel particularly welcome in the office environment. The management of the space often comes across as rigid and rule-driven, rather than flexible and attentive to the needs of individual clients.

Most concerning is that, despite having terminated one of our agreements and provided documented proof of this four weeks ago, we have not received any confirmation or communication from Regus. Instead, we continue to be charged without response.

Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Regus as a long-term office partner. Greater transparency, flexibility, and responsiveness to clients would be necessary for us to reconsider.

One early interaction with a member of the community team wasn’t ideal. Slightly off tone, and it left me wondering whether the space was right for me.

But what followed proved the value of strong local management. The situation was handled with calm, discretion, and effective communication. Things were adjusted without fuss — including practical requests I raised — and that kind of responsiveness makes a difference.

The Malmö Hyllie office is clean, modern, and reliable. 24/7 access works perfectly, there’s a proper kitchen, solid workstations, and even a shower. A very good balance between structure and autonomy.

This is what competent site leadership looks like.
