Very bad company

Very bad company. They didnt inform me about deposit / even though I specifically told them to not renew my contract, they renewed it 1 months prior and forced me to pay the month which I didnt want.

Edit : Thanks to the helpdesk; they contacted me and asked me about my 1 month prior cancellation proof. After sending it, they cancelled extra charged month and refunded

Ich habe die BESTE Erfahrung an dem Standort in Mannheim gemacht. Ich habe schon einige Center kennengelernt, aber nirgendwo habe ich mich so aufgehoben gefühlt, wie in Mannheim. Selten so eine sympathische, atemberaubende, kompetente Leitung wie Vanessa Colino gesehen. Immer am lächeln, sehr hilfsbereit, auch im Team ist es sehr harmonisch. Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen.

Guten Tag mein Name ist Adrian
Baranga und ich habe vor 5 Wochen einen Büro bei Regus in Mannheim gemietet,
Zu erst sollte ich eine Summe in Höhe von knapp 900€ überweisen diese beinhaltete die ersten 2Monats Mieten, Kaution, erst Einrichtung ect. Kurz darauf musste ich die SEPA- Lastschriftmandat ausfüllen und nach kurzer Zeit buchten sie das ganze noch einmal ab.
Ich musste des Öfteren mich melden und beschweren jedoch wird mir jedes Mal das selbe gesagt: „ ich habe das weiter geleitet ein Ticket ist eröffnet“. Nach 3 Wochen erhielt ich eine e Mail wo ich ein Formular oder Ähnliches ausfüllen musste das ich die Rückzahlung bestätige. Jetzt sind das 5 Wochen schon her und ich habe immer noch nichts erhalten, sehr traurig das ich mich auf so einen Niveau herab lassen muss. Schade … dachte das sei etwas professioneller.

bei der Überprüfung Ihrer Daten habe ich festgestellt, dass das Mandatsdatum für Ihre Lastschriftzahlung auf den 27. Juli 2023 festgelegt wurde. Dies hat dazu geführt, dass unser System die Zahlung für Ihre ersten Rechnungen wieder automatisch abgebucht hat, obwohl Sie diese per Überweisung bezahlt haben. Dies führte zu einer Überzahlung auf Ihrem Konto.
Wir verstehen, wie wichtig es für Sie ist, Ihre Überzahlung umgehend zurückzuerhalten und entschuldigen uns aufrichtig für die Verzögerung. Aufgrund eines unvorhergesehenen Problems mit Ihrer Zahlung muss diese noch einmal ausgeführt werden, was zu dieser Verzögerung geführt hat. Wir entschuldigen uns nochmals für die Unannehmlichkeiten, die Ihnen dadurch entstanden sind. Sobald wir Ihre Rückerstattung bearbeitet haben, erhalten Sie eine Nachricht, die Sie darüber informiert, dass die Zahlung erfolgreich bearbeitet wurde.
