Regus offices at 51 JFK Parkway
The entire experience has been and continues to be outstanding. From the moment I was contacted by a representative to my continuous use of their facilities (which are truly premium), I am thrilled that I signed up with them. One vital aspect of their services is the support from my building manager, Andrea. She is nothing short of an amazing business partner.

We are renters of a dedicated workspace…
We are renters of a dedicated workspace which has experienced a water damage in November 2023. It took nearly 5 months to supposedly soon start renovation/repair and there is not even an end date in sight for the repair. No compensation for efforts to clean up the chaos left behind by the workers moving furniture, equipment and materials within our office. Now forced to book meetings at a different location with extremely limited availability.

Hi Steve,
I’m sorry for your disappointment.
Due to a flood in November 2023, a part of your centre was damaged including your office. The delay in repair work is due to the time taken by the insurance company to complete their assessment and approval of the repairs. The work has been scheduled to start this week and will be completed by the end of May 2024. The centre team has provided you with a temporary office within the centre until your office is restored.
I understand that you wanted to book a meeting room which can accommodate 12 guests. The meeting room in your centre cannot accommodate a big group, so your centre team suggested you use meeting rooms at the nearest centres. Since you don’t want to travel a distance just to use the meeting room, they have offered to transfer your agreement to the nearest centre in Short Hills, New Jersey so that you can use both the office and the meeting rooms there. Your centre team is waiting for your feedback on this.
We are sorry we do not offer any compensation since we have provided our support to you and other affected customers to recover from the flood incident. The agreement transfer option is still available. Please consider it and respond to your centre team so that they can help you accordingly.
