I've been using a dedicated workspace…

I've been using a dedicated workspace here for about a month and have had a very positive experience. The office space has a welcoming, professional atmosphere that makes it easy to focus and stay productive. The environment is comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. Overall, it's been a great place to work, and I appreciate the positive vibe and comfortable office atmosphere.

Regus charged me for phone and virtual…

Regus charged me for phone and virtual office without delivering on the phone system as promised. They did not communicate in real time on any problem and left me waiting for days and even weeks when I had an issue. Then they offered me a new contract for just the office, which I signed, then charged my card for the phone anyway without permission, then decided to refuse the virtual office only contract even after I signed it. They pushed off decisions on my contract for months while continuing to charge me and STILL owe me over $200 for the last month. There seems to be no centralized system for customers and the response they give to breach of contract issues do not follow U.S. consumer laws and protections, and at some point are just fraudulent. Never again.

I understand how frustrating it can be and apologize that we did not provide the level of service that you expect and deserve from us.
It’s clear there was an issue with your phone line and we’re truly sorry that this was not identified and fixed sooner.
Please understand that we cannot charge payment cards with first being authorized to do so in your online account (myregus.com)
We’ve taken steps to prevent a similar situation from happening again and a member of my team has contacted you with a suitable resolution.
