DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM

We'd set up a service with them in error. Cancelled the service in less than 24 hours. Have got cancellation confirmed email. They still charged me the following month, and now third month in they've generated another invoice to charge me. I've not used their service at all. Their helpdesk spins you in circles saying they've contacted so and so to get this resolved but they literally will not stop charging my card. There is no one there that you can actually talk to to get this resolved. I've had to call my bank to try and block all transaction attempts from them. I'm having to look into legal options for them to stop charging my card and refund what they've taken.

I’m so sorry for your dissatisfaction.
Transparency is key to us, and our teams go to great lengths to ensure that any queries are clarified before an agreement is signed. You have signed a virtual office agreement with us until 30 June 2025. It is a formal, business commitment. We partner with our customers to help them run and grow their business, but we also have a business to run and cannot cancel an agreement earlier than its end date.
This matter is now positively resolved as confirmed by my team member to you. Please respond to them if you further help in this matter.

I recently had a very disappointing…

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Regus that I feel compelled to share. When I initially signed up for their office space, I was enticed by their attractive pricing and flexible contract terms. However, it wasn’t long before I started to notice numerous hidden charges that were not made clear before signing the contract.

Firstly, the advertised price is not what you end up paying. There are numerous additional fees that are not mentioned upfront.

Moreover, Regus seems to have a knack for surprising customers with charges that appear out of nowhere. For instance, I was billed for services I never requested or used. When I questioned these charges, the responses were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and deceived.

Their billing practices lack transparency and fairness. Important details about costs are buried in the fine print or not disclosed at all. This makes it very difficult to budget accurately and avoid unexpected expenses.

To anyone considering using Regus, I strongly advise reading the contract thoroughly and clarifying all potential charges before committing. My experience has taught me that the initial attractive pricing can be very misleading, and you may end up paying much more than you bargained for.

I apologise if you are not completely satisfied with the service. At Regus we work hard to ensure full transparency in our invoicing process. All of our services and costs are detailed in the agreement you signed. Any services you do not require can be opted out of through your online account. Our Account Helpdesk and local team are always available to support customers with payment, billing, and account-related questions. Both teams have also tried to contact you because, after reviewing your invoices, we did not find any discrepancies, but we have not received a reply.

Don't make a subscription!!!

We did a subscription on regus to our company. We did it last year and contract would end on 20/12/2023. We had some problems abroad and we decided do cancel it. We gave a call to the manager to give notice around 11/12/2023 to explain the situation and he said: :"You have to speak in person in order to get cancellation, that's the only way." And we didn't know it would renew automatically. Once we were back to UK my husband searched online and we find out many many complaints about Regus! They overcharge, increase payments without explanation, and are terrible in customer services. Basically you can't reach them to make a complaint, you need to contact the branch team only! We later found out that the information given to us was false and we could cancel it online, anytime! But the manager was smart. After we spoke the contract renewed automatically and now we are attach to them until MAY/2024! It's very abusive this situation and we will probably take further action against this!

RUN! Don't put yourself in trouble with this company! Google it and you will see different complaints.

Your agreement renewed on 1 January for an additional term. We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront. Prior to any renewal, our customers receive courtesy email reminders. According to our history, you received these emails on 10 and 24 August with detailed information on prices, terms and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (i.e., MyRegus.com). Once your agreement with us has been renewed, we confirm it via email which we did on 1 September. You can check these emails in the Account > Documents section of your online account.
We work hard to ensure our services offer exceptional value to our customers and to provide many different options to meet every requirement and budget and our pricing is fair and consistent with the current market conditions. We do not “overcharge” or “increase payments without explanation”.
If you require help from an alternate source to the local team, you can reach the account helpdesk by raising a case through the 'Help' function of the online account.
A member of my team has been in touch with the details of the renewal.

Not even 1 STAR they are just trying to scam people into the trap. they talk really nice up till signing the contract after that they dont have a phone line for customer support. NEVER EVER DO THE SAME MISTAKE AS I DID . This company is very professionally trained into looting peoples money.

I understand that you’re unhappy with your recent agreement renewal.
All our agreements renew automatically, and they should be ended online according to their notice period to prevent auto-renewal.
We take renewals very seriously and ensure that the process, which is very simple, is communicated to customers upfront.
Prior to any renewal, our customers receive a courtesy email reminder. According to our history, you received this email on 09 June 2023 with detailed information on prices, terms, and the option of ending the agreement if you no longer require our services. This was sent to the email address we have on file, which you can review and amend at any time by logging in to your account online (i.e., MyRegus.com). 
Since the agreement was not ended online according to its notice period, it auto-renewed until 30 September 2025, as we confirmed to you via email. This renewal is valid and should be honoured.
