Office mafia. I have raised a formal dispute and even posted review here and customer care did contact me but not to listen to my queries and concerns but to threat me with legal notice. They have one argument only that now u signed the contract now you can’t do anything as we have now trapped you.

Misrepresentation and Fraud to get you into an agreement which you can’t get out of .
I entered into a 12-month agreement with Regus Doxford Park based on representations made prior to signing regarding what was included within the agreed cost.
After execution of the agreement, material inconsistencies became apparent. Furniture configuration that had been described as included was later restricted. Tea said and coffee that had been described as included (with only speciality drinks chargeable) were later invoiced as additional monthly charges. An activation fee also appeared that had not been raised during discussions. Internet also became chargeable. Only thing free was oxygen
These differences significantly altered the financial position of the agreement. When I raised these concerns immediately, the focus shifted to enforcing the 12-month minimum term rather than substantively addressing the inconsistencie and the local manager was extremely rude and threatening in stead of even listening to the raised concerns, his tone was now you are trapped and you have to pay and we will not listen to anything as we are the office mafia
I have not taken occupation of the office or accessed any services.
Prospective customers should ensure that all inclusions, configurations, and charges are explicitly confirmed in writing before signin and stay away as much as possible

Hi Neerav, I'm sorry you feel this way.
The sales person that assisted you provided a detailed email of what's included on 23 January and you had the opportunity to ask any follow-up questions if anything was unclear to you.
You did not raise any further questions at before you signed.
The 'Design Your Own Office' furniture you refer to is not restricted but if the items are not readily available in the centre we need to have them delivered.
You were advised that use of the kitchen facilities is included in your monthly fee but our unlimited tea & coffee service is optional and charged as extra should you wish to utilise it. You acknowledged that you misunderstood this after you signed and we can only apologise if it wasn't clear enough for you.
There are a few administrative tasks we need to do to ensure you start your service perfectly and have access to both your centre and online account. The activation fee (which is standard in the marketplace) covers these tasks and is clearly stated on the front of your agreement.
Business grade internet is included as standard, and we also offer an optional internet service for those who require it. Our Priority Internet Service bundle offers a cost-effective solution to operate your own private network and benefit from an additional layer of data protection, optimized up/download speeds and enhanced flexibility. Your centre team can provide further information about this if it is of interest to you.
We can only apologise if your centre team caused you any offense. This was certainly not their intention and they remain available to welcome you to the centre once you have paid your invoices.

Mentally Harrashment by Regus.
On 1 Jun 2023 make agreement with Regus Sunderland where move in date was 26 June 2023. On 12th June 2023 I communicate that I can't move in please cancel. I did what they said to stop in portal. now after 8 months I got an email to pay £536.
I am surprised I never move in there before time I communicate. I found the IWG plc Regus a cheater company who survive on breaching. I have back up for all conversations. They are liar.never trust them
