Dennis is always friendly and extremely helpful. I am new to Regus and he has been outstanding to work with!

Paid for a mail forwarding service, which worked well for a year or 2, but then they just stopped forwarding mail. I raised the issue with them multiple times and they just told me it must be a temporary post office issue.

Today I found out that we had a large amount of mail sent to them over the last 12 months from various state tax departments and the IRS. None of this was notified to us.

They also allowed 12 months of failed payments to rack up on our account (no idea why - the card was valid with balance) before passing over to a debt collection agency with late fees etc.

Really poor service and communication.

In my recent call with your representative, I highlighted:

We've received no mail scans since before COVID. Despite three complaints to the service center and being given various excuses, the issue remains unresolved. We recently discovered that there's a significant backlog of our mail unattended.

Our account was suspended for 12 months due to non-payment. Regus never informed us about payment issues or processor changes. The first alert was from a debt collection agency. We settled our debt immediately upon notice.

Although your rep claims multiple email communications were sent, our extensive email logs via Google Workspace Enterprise show no such records. While we receive other Regus communications, critical emails are missing. It's concerning that only the debt agency could reach us efficiently, using the same contact details you possess.

Your representative's stance that these issues are too dated to address is unacceptable. Over the past 3-4 years, we've raised concerns repeatedly, with promises of resolution that never materialized.

In essence, we've paid approximately $1000 annually for several years without receiving the services promised. Your refusal to investigate further is disappointing.

Lastly, regarding the service center forwarding our mail: we have a record of around 50 letters sent by IRS and various state tax accounts. So far we have not received any and I strongly doubt this will resolve.
