Having the right people at the front desk is a most important feature, especially for shared suites! No matter how nice the facility - and Sadler Road is very nice - they are the first impression, and all of us rely on them to be representatives of our companies. We’ve been here 4 years and always a good experience! Keep up the great work, and thank you!
These people are the worst. Disgusting tactics to hold your money. Raise rents and you will not get your retainer back when they state you will. BEWARE!!! I really wish I wasn’t taken by the fake professionalism and read the reviews. So many fees, new manger every month.- just saw the reply from Regus. This is funny, I called there every day and have several tickets in so now that you’re paying attention, I find it quite amusing.
Update:
Regus reached out again through trust pilot, NOT to me directly as their customer they just didn’t want to sound bad on the Internet. The update is I still haven’t gotten anything and I moved out on July 13th. They not only charged me four dollars a square foot to move out of a place that I was in for six months which I paid immediately they wanted to hold onto almost $1400 of my money calling it a “retainer”. This was to be returned to my business 30 days after end of lease. Still nothing from them, they haven’t even written to me recently they just posted on here their apologies. What a joke.
Update:
They expedited nothing, as I expected. Another week has come and gone. When talking to other customers I realized really fast these people ARE a scam for sure!!! Also not here in the US. Malaysia or something like that! I am less than one star disappointed now.
