My move with ReHome went extremely smooth

My move with ReHome went extremely well, the mover was efficient, arrived one time and made sure my move went as smooth as possible. They also replied fast by message and gave me my price estimation as soon as they could. I definitely recommend using their services

Very negative experience

Very negative experience! I texted them and we decided on a date for the move and they gave me a price, one day before the move I texted them to ask what time where we meeting the next day and then they said that they would have to charge me more (200€) as it was last minute….which was so much higher than the initial price they offered.

We would like to clarify the situation transparently.

After sharing the initial price and proposed date, we did not receive a response to our planning message for over 24 hours. In our system, this typically means the request is no longer active, as we handle a high volume of daily inquiries and cannot keep time slots reserved without confirmation.

As a result, the original time slot was allocated to another customer. When you reached out again one day before the move, the only available option was outside of regular shift hours. These last-minute arrangements require additional costs, including extended working hours for two team members, which explains the higher price.
We always aim to keep our pricing transparent and fair, and the original price would have remained valid if the booking had been confirmed within the planning window.

Very High price qouted for moving

Very High price qouted for moving, even though they advertise like min price its base price which is always accompanied by twice or thrice additional amounts

De verhuizing ging prima

De verhuizing ging prima, de mannen waren erg aardig en snel. Ze hebben alles netjes ingepakt en op de nieuwe plek neergezet. Ook de tweedehands bank die ik erbij had besteld, was in goede staat en werd gratis bezorgd.

Really great service

Really great service, they arrived when they said they would and carried the heavy microwave oven up my steep stairs for me. Super friendly and definitely recommended:)
