Great hair very easy to deal with

I’ve been getting my hair from Reign for the last 5+ years. The quality is unmatched !! Their shipping times and response time are fast too! I live in Canada and always get my hair in 3-4 days. Another thing I love about Reign is that they have so many colour options and have some of the longest hair I’ve seen! I typically order between 28-32” hair, where else could you get that? Only at Reign. I’m such a happy client and will be going to them for the next 50+ years.

This is synthetic hair and they will tell you it’s human hair. After 1 month, my hair is dry, tangled and garbage. I’ve messaged them to talk about it and after they ignored all of my messages they blocked me. DO NOT PURCHASE HAIR FROM THEM!

I wish I could give them zero stars. Do NOT purchase hair from this company. I got the hair and I knew it was going to be trash by the smell when I opened them, wore them a day and they were matted and dry and rough. Tried to message customer service for my money back or for them to send a another batch in hopes maybe this was just a bad one. She talks to you on whatsapp and refuses to respond after you ask for this, and told me to use conditioner lol. Should of known better.

Don’t buy! You get scammed!.
They will send you all the same colors, when you order different dark and blond colors. They will send you the wrong color. Also if you order double drawn you will be scammed by receiving single drawn hair. Don’t be fooled and don’t buy!. There will be no service and you will have to pay for return the goods for yourself. Just don’t buy!.
