I came to Relationship Hero as a complete mess. I had just turned 30 and ended my decade-long relationship with my ex. It felt like I was just barely hanging on to the day-to-day of life. I was paired with Nikki as my coach and as the weeks went on, everything changed. Not only did she teach me the tools to manage the trauma of a long-term breakup but she also taught me the tools to THRIVE. We explored all sorts of topics from early dating, and past relationships, to inner strength and confidence. I am not the same person I was when I first came to Nikki and she has led me on a journey to continuing with what I've learned. I couldn't be more grateful to Relationship Hero and to Nikki for getting me through the rough times and for giving me the motivation to thrive in the best times. Thank you!

Trisha was an amazing coach. Had very good insight and would highly reccomend.

I had a session with Alison. I have been going through some minor issues with my girlfriend. Alison helped me understand why my girlfriend was experiencing these issues, the root causes, why she was behaving the way she did, what I could do to support her and what I could change in myself.

After going through my situation over several sessions and following Alison's advice, things are ten times better. The issues are not totally fixed but I've seen marked improvements in my girlfriend's behaviour, relationship happiness along with a huge improvement in communication.My own relationship anxiety has reduced too. I am still ongoing with the sessions but I am hopeful about this being totally resolved soon.

I've had a great experience with Relationship Hero. I've learned so much from my interactions with Sabena. After every session, I've been able to come away with something tangible that has helped me change my life and move towards where I want to be. Sabena was able to help me understand the roots of some of my issues very quickly and has been great at suggesting practical ways to work on those things. I used to be pretty sceptical about the idea of coaching, but the things I've learned have made a real difference to me and I'm so glad I decided to give it a go. Cannot recommend enough.

Irene and I have worked together for about a month and I’m so happy with the results. Irene has excellent insight into behavior, making healthy choices, Irene is an attentive listener and she offers great advice.

Channa was a great coach but this company took $458 (credits) from me. At first they said that my credits expired and send me their policy. Their policy says that credits expire after 6 months. I had only been with them for 3 months. When I pointed this out, they proceeded to blame it on Channa saying that she took the credits early. So now they wanted me to pay more money after they took almost $500 from me. Terrible customer service and terrible way to build trust.
I received the reply below. To get a copy of your policy that says “credits expire in 6 months”, why would anyone think to look at what the coach writes when signing on to Zoom to see if the coach’s rules are different than the company’s rules? If it is in the “fine print” that the coach says credits expire in 3 months, that needs to be made clear to the consumer. I don’t recall seeing or hearing anything from Channa that the credits would expire in 3 months. Again it’s about trust…the company says 6 months but the coach can override the company and say 3 months. I don’t see that happening in any other company. Usually it’s only one company rule/one policy. At the very least, I could have been sent an email or text saying that the credits were about to expire. Then it would have been understandable that I forfeited almost $500 but it feels more like a trick of the company to wait until the credits are gone then send me a text saying “hey, Tracy give us more money so you can make an appointment even though we just took $500 of your credits”. $500 May mean nothing to you but I am a single mother and $500 is a lot of money for me to lose.

Channa has been amazing! I came in single, lost, uncertain and clueless about what was important. Channa promised me that if I did the work, though it might take time, I would eventually get the desired result. There were times when I didn't believe it and wanted to give up. However, the reward at the end made it worth every penny. Together, we focused on what it is that I wanted out of dating and love. Then, we set realistic goals of what I was looking for and how to find what I was looking for. Through this, I learned more about myself and had some difficult but important experiences. Channa is so perceptive to me and never made me feel scared. I always felt comfortable being honest and leaning on her for support though even the biggest challenges. Now, I have been dating someone for a little over 6 months who makes me so happy. I have 0 doubts that this reflects the work Channa and I did together. She has truly changed my life and I am so thankful to have her.

Sasha is so easy to talk to and a great listener. She helped me maneuver through a breakup, while giving me tips on how to self improve and grow as a person. I highly recommend Sasha not only because of her expertise, but because of her compassion and care for clients. Thank you Sasha for everything!

I've been thinking about starting a therapy for years, but never really got to it. And when I had a relationship crisis a few months ago and I was feeling the most frustrated I've ever felt, I was lucky to find Sasha to support, guide me through my issues and find solutions! She helped me look at the things from a different (more rational) perspective and understand my partner's mindset which was crucial to me to be more understanding and compassionate to him. But also, Sasha helped me recognize and respect my own needs, attend to those needs, and set boundaries even when it's super hard. There's definitely a lot more for me to learn and practice to assure a healthy relationship with people in my life and myself, but given how much relief I gained from those past sessions with Sasha, I trust her to guide me through that path! Thank you!!

I've been using Relationship Hero for two years. I found it when I'd gone through a break up, wondering how I'd sabotaged another relationship and wanting to make sure it didn't happen again. Since then I've worked regularly with 3 coaches and on ad hoc basis with several others, when I've needed them. What is great about the service is that you can always book a coach in a crisis as they are available 24-7. And there are specialists for all kinds of specific areas, from attachment styles, to conscious sexuality, neuro diversity, LGBTQ+, grief, sex and breakups and more. You can engage with individual coaches on a one off basis, or book packages or have a regular monthly subscription. The website has a journal on it which I personally find really handy as it means I can update my coach where I am at in between sessions or track my emotions, moods and experiences just for myself to read back later. Seeing how far I've come in two years, breaking some age old patterns, understanding my wounds and trauma responses, means I'm now releasing from attachment and learning how to live my life with less anxiety than before. I couldn't recommend this service enough!

So far, great! I am finally getting my thoughts clear and am able to achieve my personal goals!

I began working with Relationship Hero in July of 2022. They linked me with Laura based on how her abilities matched my needs. Over twenty sessions, I transformed from someone broken by a previous relationship, into someone confident enough to date a woman others call a “stunner.” Ending up in a relationship with this amazing woman. To say that working with Laura and Relationship Hero was a priceless investment - is an understatement.

I started working with Zach through Relationship Hero a few months ago and was a little apprehensive before my first meeting. However, since our first session till now, Zach’s kind, compassionate presence always help ground me through high and low moments. Zach’s guidance gives me courage to trust my intuition and feel empowered to learn how to make choices that best align with my values and interests in a healthy manner. I have been fortuate to work with Zach weekly for the past few months and through our honest conversations, I genuinely feel more comfortable to embrace by authentic self unapologetically and more equipped to stay balanced amidst life’s ups and downs. During our sessions, I feel I am in a safe, trusted space with no judgement. In addition to our discussions, I love how Zach helps provide me with many additional skills that I find myself using more and more on a daily basis including personalized journal prompts after every session, guided breathing practice at the start of our session, affirmations, and many other techniques. Through his journaling prompts, I have discovered both a lot about myself and a love for journaling as an outlet to increase awareness of my current state. I am so grateful to have the opportunity to work with Zach and am really looking forward to continuing on this growth journey with his guidance and strongly trust in his ability to help many others like he has for me!

Words cannot even begin to describe how much Emily has helped me. I had stumbled across Relationship Hero in a Google search for "help to get over your ex". Yes I know a bit cliche, but I had found myself in a deep dark hole trying to handle the breakup, I felt like there was no way out. I felt like overnight I lost my home, my life for the past 4 years, my friends, my happiness, most importantly the person I thought was the love of my life, and my best friend. I didn't see it coming, and wasn't really given an explanation why. I found myself 32 living back at my parents, and totally starting over and trying to make sense of it all. In my first session with Emily, I felt like she really truly listened to what I was saying and feeling. She helped me dig deeper, to get a better understanding of myself while being in that relationship which allowed me to grow into a much stronger and better person. Emily has allowed me to accept parts of my childhood that I never realized I had carried with me all this time. She has taught me how to communicate better with others. Because of Emily I have learned the importance of self-care, and realized my self-worth. A year ago, I remember driving to work, just feeling hopeless, and telling myself, "well this is just how life is going to be from now on, I just need to get used to feeling this sadness nonstop." I really didn't think there was a way out. Emily helped me climb out of my dark hole. She is an amazing, and extremely educated coach. Her knowledge on relationships is astonishing. She is a coach that you can count on and really puts her whole heart into her work. There were a few times where I felt I needed an emergency appointment, and Emily would always get me in as soon as she could. Life is full of difficult moments at times, but with the right mindset, I have learned how to roll through those difficult times instead of letting them consume me for days, or weeks. That never would have been possible, if it weren’t for everything Emily has taught me. She really is the most incredible person I have ever met, and I owe her so much for what she has done for me.

Overall I would say my experience has been really great. This place found me before I found it so to speak. I had been going through a breakup in which it left me blindsided, and I was looking for something or someone to help me through. The coaching I have received has been very helpful in which I have received many positive and uplifting ways to help me along the path to healing and moving forward. After a few sessions, I came to value my time more and more in discovering new ways my coach suggested or look at to help me through the next hurdles going forward. So again, overall I'd say my time invested to seek out help for my now post relationship here has been well worth it for the help I've received.

Jonette is excellent. Patient, empathetic and allows you to explore your own experiences before steering you into a different, more positive way at looking at them and yourself.

Arti is a detailed oriented person. She never miss out any word you say and figure out how to help you through your words. Arti would always tries to propose you the best solution in a really gentle way, no pushing.
After around 7 sessions with her, I can feel my change deeply. I feel like I can have a better life now. :3

I wanted someone who would listen and gently push back. Someone to talk to and offer differing perspectives to make me think and figure things out. Kyle has done this and more. I started working with him at a very turbulent time in my life when I really needed someone who would listen to me and give solid advice yet allow me to make my own decisions. I never feel pressured to do something with which I am not comfortable. Kyle is helping me with growth in making life changing decisions, expressing vulnerability, and helping me with minimizing harsh personal judgement. There are times I know what I need to do but lean the opposite way and Kyle always finds the right question to ask to make me think about it a little deeper to get to the right path. He is absolutely incredible, kind, considerate of my feelings, and always helps me to put things into a perfect perspective for me.
