I am personally convinced that mental health should prevail over physical ones, because all problems that you have physically often are appeared due to serious isues with mental health. Mental health is such a thing which isn't fully observed by scientists, because our brain is a very flexible and unclear thing. So, I wanted to be convinced that everything with my mental health is okay and I applied to this clinic. It turned out that I also have serious issues with my mental health and due to sessions in this clinic everything was fixed. I'm thankful to the staff in this clinic.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PUT AN AUTO SAVE FEATURE ON THE JOURNAL!!!!!!!!!! love this whole thing. you guys should try and take insurance. but please put an auto save feature on the journal. I'm begging you. I keep losing my thoughts

The therapist I was matched with seemed nice but one hour of coaching was going to be £130 which, at a session a week would be over £500 a month (in fact follow up sessions are only 45 minutes) and completely not accessible for many people. I’m sad as it looked like a great site but I need something I can afford to maintain and won’t land me in financial trouble as a result! These prices are insane.

I've learned a lot through my sessions with Sasha! I learned more about myself, how I'm impacted by events and how events impact me. While I still would like to be with my previous lover, I feel happy we have temporarily parted ways. It was only because of that I have been able to experience this growth.

I scheduled my introductory session with a coach. She canceled my session 10 minutes before it was supposed to start when I'm trying my hardest to find room in my schedule to get the help I need. For a company that is supposed to help you feel safe and comfortable, this kind of practice is definitely not building trust.

I then tried to change coaches to give the company another try in case this was a fluke, but then the company had "technical difficulties" and then tried to charge me double what they charged me for the first coach for the introductory session. I wasted an entire afternoon trying to work with them, but ultimately they didn't want to help me at all. I am deeply disappointed.
