Karuna is an excellent coach, he’s been my first experience with therapy in general and I feel I lucked out to have found someone I can connect with so easily. He is an intent listener and is great at providing constructive feedback and advice, as well as calling me out on some of my own crap. I don’t feel rushed at any point and he is very concise with his input and doesn’t ramble or “preach”. Would totally recommend to my friends as well.

One must be aware of mental issue, this is a great step for me.

I'm really happy with the help and advices provided by Metz. His advices help me to open my perspective and to understand better what I need and what my partner needs. There is a long way for me to improve but so far I has helped me a lot.

I have been able to connect so easily with Trisha! I was worried that I wouldn’t feel comfortable enough when I first started to open up, but Trisha has made this process so wonderful and I really trust her! She is always available when I need her, and really goes above and beyond to help me work through my struggles and understand my feelings and always offers advice/solutions that are realistic for my needs.

So far she has hit on all cylinders. Our situation is very recent but she has helped us alot. Very sympatetic and genuine. We look forward to our sessions with Sasha. :)
