Parts were shipped fast and well packaged. The latches were a perfect replacement on my bass case. I supplied my own rivets, as hardware for various applications will be different.

This is the first time I’ve bought from Reliable Hardware and I was pleased with the road case hardware I bought. The quality is excellent and shipping was quick. I had a couple of questions and Gene at the email contact address responded quickly and was helpful.

They ship with USPS After I called and advised that it was never received, they suggested that I call the post office and try to ask if they still had it. After calling back several times, I left a message advising it was lost in the mail to please cancel the order since I had already delivered my Product to the customer using a replacement part. They proceeded to resend it by FedEx, called back when I finally got someone on the phone, I advised them the order needed to be canceled and sent, but I was told that I did not say, and it was already shipped. I told them I did not need it since it was too late, and that I needed a credit. I was told that they have already filed a claim with USPS and that I would just have to wait. After having FedEx return the package to the sender, I called and was told that USPS declined the claim and that they would appeal the decision, but there was nothing they could do since it was not their full
