Poor customer service and lack of competence
I contacted this agency to get a consultation regarding the Digital Nomad visa for my family. Unfortunately, the consultation was completely unhelpful and handled by staff who seemed unengaged and incompetent.
When I asked even basic, straightforward questions about the process, I received no clear answers. Instead, I was repeatedly told that I would only get information after paying for the full program. How can I trust an agency with my money and immigration process if they can't even answer basic questions upfront or show a minimum level of customer care??
I chose to consult another agency instead, and the difference in professionalism and relief was night and day. I hope management improves their customer-centric approach, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend them.
