I will give 5 stars when I can make early payment from the app itself, instead of the website. Hope u guys are looking into that. Why give us an app for us but still make us to go to the website to make early payment. Other than that, everything is easy and convenient.

The rely app is great, 0% interest and making "buy now pay later" concept . I do like it and it helps me a lot to plan my finance. But surely, all i see the available store in rely just JD sports and im not sure either there are other stores that rely included in their apps. So for me, there are some point i wanna add on rely .

1. Add more store in rely apps so people can buy any other product from various seller/reseller .
2. Make a "pay bills early" available in your apps and just not depend on rely website.
3. Make a lot of promotion with discount and cashback . Most malaysian loves discount and cashback but i did know you make a discount campaign too but it's too damn long to wait the discount reflect on my rely apps .

Rely helps me a lot when making purchases at Qoo10. Thank you so much Rely, you are the best 👍👍👍

I love Rely, and definitely will use it again.

I have input my debit card for payment deducted so it will deduct automatically on the due date. However the third payment wasn't deduct automatically and I was charged with a late payment fee. My second payment was deduct automatically with no problem hence I don't understand why the third payment didn't go through. It's a scam? I didn't receive any email to inform me that no payment was received, and I only realised when I see there is no deduction in my bank statement.

I’m loving the Rely services. This is much more flexible than Credit Card installments and would still allows you to get CC spending rewards/points. Rely is a great option for my spending in items more than $200. This is especially since lazada made the 3 months installment option unavailable. So I went to look for similar items elsewhere with Rely option.

Repayment is a breeze IF you used CC, and there’s always an sms notification the day before deduction, which is very thoughtful. As seeing the complains here are mainly from Debit card users and Qoo10 platform, which honestly was quite painful to understand their promo. In Qoo10 and some merchants, the rely payment supported is only the 4 weekly repayments.

I hope rely offers more options and partnerships with local online merchants. Shopping with services like Rely and Hoolah has been a great experience for me so far. Keep it up.

I don understand why I cannot use the rely account even I have pay early and settle the payment

Stupid customer service. Dont understand her explanation. Deduct my money but end up said my order was unsuccessful. Regret buy things at Rely. Not a good website afterall with bad customer service.

Fake advertisement regarding cashback for first time uob user. Ended up getting push here and there by rely customer service support and qoo10 app. 10%-20% matters alot to people like us. Please don't put up any advertisement that is already over and state the terms and conditions properly. Thank you, will truly appreciate it.!!

To split the payment to 3 or 4 times it’s fine & workable for me. The payment date shld be after 30 days not 14 days or whatsoever. After 3 days from the 1st payment, customers are allowed to make the full payment if required. To have a more flexible repayments.

Hassle free, fuss free, worry free. As long as you pay on time, flexibility is there. First payment made and the stuff is yours.

Rely is easy to use and very convenient. I feel extremely comfortable with Rely to make purchases. Rely never in a moment making me feel disappointed for purchasing my favourite item. A good option in making purchases for everyone and everything. Very much above expectation. The most sought after purchasing application in my opinion.

It is a good experience to get to know RELY which I came across when I was paying for my stuff online. Find the payment arrangement very useful as the instalments are zero interest, hence it helps especially for big ticket item which breakdown at the most unexpected time when one is cash tight, yet it is a necessity to purchase. So I am very grateful to RELY & especially it provides clear and updated records of our payment. Keep it Up!
