I absolutely love my new pendant. The photo hidden inside makes it very special. I love that I can take a reminder of my dad wherever I go, and I especially love that it is a non digital and tangible way to do it.

I found Remember by chance on my Facebook feed, and when I clicked through to the website I was fascinated by the idea of a Stanhope lens. I've been really impressed by the craftsmanship and attention to detail, from the jewellery to the beautifully presented instructions, and with clear communication at every point of the process.

Ollie is doing a great job providing top quality customer service and a top quality product that has great meaning to his customers. Thank you so much for a great customer experience and jewellery that holds a wonderful memory that I can wear close to my heart.

I purchased a pendant from Remember as a birthday gift for my mother, who is missing our family cat dearly. It came packaged in an elegant velvet lined box. Of course I had an idea of what to expect, but truly words cannot do it justice. It is so beautiful and exquisite, and my mother was incredibly moved to discover that the beautiful domed setting was also a lens containing a miniature photo of our beloved cat, Tipton. This is such a precious and rare birthday gift and my mother has been wearing it every day since. Thank you so much Ollie! We couldn't be more thrilled.

I made an order which was recieved in good time, unfortunately the necklace was faulty and broke within days.
After contacting the store they were so helpful and sent a replacement straight away.
It truly is beautiful jewellery, its delivered quickly and with lovely packaging.
I would reccomend this store 100% and I am so greatful my case was resolved quickly and kindly.

I ordered a pendant with a Stanhope lens for my wife for our wedding anniversary. The communication with Ollie was exemplary, I felt informed all the way through the process. When my wife opened the package containing the pendant she was immediately overwhelmed it was so good. I had selected a favourite photo of the two of us, it was miniaturised and built into the lens, it came with instructions and cleaning cloths. Great service and product, well recommended!

Ollie was amazing, I have seen his reviews and read up and done some research on Remember. I emailed Ollie directly to find out if it was possible to make the necklace way past 9pm on the night. He was really quick to respond and walked me through the process and we were really tight with timing, only had 2weeks. and he made sure that it was made and arrived spot ontime. He communicated with me every step of the process and made sure that I was happy with it. I would definetly recommend Remember to everyone. I will be back to order more :)

I couldn’t have asked for better customer service. Ollie is a lovely guy who kept me up to date with my necklaces progress and sent me a video showing the photo ready to be mounted. Once it was ready it was shipped super fast. I love it so much as it’s my way of having my Mum with me always. I will treasure it forever. Thanks Ollie you’re one clever man.

Ollie has made a beautiful necklace for me that allows my dad to be with me at all times, without it looking as though it’s remembrance jewellery.

I recently ordered a rose gold necklace from Remember.co.uk as a gift for my mum, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

The piece included a hidden photo of me, my sister and my two brothers when we were little, which made it incredibly special. Ollie was fantastic throughout – he kept us updated on progress and even sent a demo video showing what the image inside the necklace would look like before it was finalised. That extra touch gave us real confidence in the order.
