I'm glad to hear you enjoyed the boot camp itself - the exciting teacher, free coffee, and entertaining content. That's exactly what we aim for!

Now, about the refund situation. There seems to have been some confusion, and I'd like to clear that up. Our policy states that refunds are available up until the last day of the event. Here's the deal: we want everyone to feel totally comfortable attending. You can come to the event, check it out, and if it's not your cup of tea, no worries – you can request a refund. We're that confident you'll find value in what we offer. However, since our instructors communicated something different in this case, we honored the refund request. We always aim to do right by the people who choose our programs.

Regarding the mentorship program refund, I'm sorry for the miscommunication there. The refund was actually in the queue to be processed, and we never intended to hold it up. We should have communicated that better, and I apologize that we didn't.

I'm relieved to see your update that you received your refund. We were never trying to "take your money and run" - that's not how we operate. We're committed to providing value and doing right by everyone who attends our events.

I want to clarify our approach, particularly concerning our sponsorship program. The primary role of a sponsor in our program is to help investors qualify for mortgages on large multi-family properties, not necessarily to provide funding. Sponsors bring their financial strength and apartment ownership experience to meet bank requirements, allowing investors to access opportunities they might not qualify for independently. The capital raise for down payments and other costs is typically a separate process from sponsorship.

We understand you may have had difficulty finding investors for your deal. This is a separate challenge from sponsorship, and our training aims to provide strategies for both aspects. We acknowledge that results can vary, and we'd be happy to review your specific situation to offer additional guidance.
