I really like the process
I really like the process. Remittance before the last had a few challenges due to a banking relationship on your side which delayed remittance.
The GOOD news is that the challenge in terms of timing on this one remittance was handled with the utmost of professionalism. I was kept informed about handling/status of my remittance which allow me to communicate in a timely manner with my overseas service provider.
From the beginning you have provided me great and timely service...this makes a huge difference in the perception of people receiving the remittance.
