Amazing service - booked online, men moved the furniture very quickly and I was able to pay via card

James who was on the phone when I called in an emergency was able to help me out so easily. I had another removal company cancel on me and needed something to be organised as soon as possible. An hour later, I had a van turn up and we were ready to move. Juan the driver was also great, easy to work with on the day and overall just good vibes from these guys. Mad respect for helping a guy in need especially on a Saturday.

The van driver, which also the helper, is super nice and kind! He's legitly arrived earlier than schedule and that was great!

I contacted removalsquad to collect a bid desk I bought on gumtree. The customer service and communication were excellent. James was very helpful in advising and helping me book a van for the most affordable date and time which was what I was looking for. On the day of collection I received a link tracking the location of the van and the driver Manuel was very punctual polite and very helpful. Had the best experience with service and will definitely use again. Thanks!
