The Renegade Classics Motorcycle Clothing Company was launched in Fresno, California, back in 1990 by Kent and Debbie Mortimer. Their idea was to create a store that catered exclusively to the Harley, Cruiser and V-Twin Biker market, offering high quality goods at reasonable prices. Even though their Fresno store was in a hard to find location and had no visibility from a major street, "bikers" found it and word spread of their great prices on "Biker" essentials and the high quality clothing they designed and manufactured. Their reputation grew further by their presence at many runs and events in Northern California and their own store parties and events.

Great service

Let's start with trying to find the right Helmet. My wife and I both ordered new helmets from Renegade. Both just didn't feel right, too heavy, too restrictive. I let Renedade know we would like to reopen our helmets. Kevin called me to help us get the new helmet. Over the next couple of weeks, we did our return and right away, Kevin shipped the new helmet. Nice to do business with someone that just wants you to have the right product. Thank you

Great experience 👍🏼

I accidentally sent my returned item to their billing address but they were quick to address it and even apologized for something that was not their fault. Jason is very understanding and his customer service was A1. I highly recommend them! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE

10/10 CUSTOMER SERVICE! i ordered a pair of gloves that arrived damaged and a bit small and the customer service rep kevin was wonderful, solving my problem and sending out a replacement pair within a few days!
i’ll certainly be ordering from them again!

The Best Customer Service

Kevin Cooper is one of the best customer service representatives I've ever dealt with. His professionalism and personal attention to detail when assisting me with my exchange and re-order made the process seamless. Still awaiting the new item to do a product review, but will do so when it arrives.

Horrible customer service

Ordered leather bags on their website and didn't receive what I was looking for. Emailed them for a return 3 times with no response, called and left messages 3 times, no response! Don't buy from them if ur expecting any type of customer service or a chance of possible return. They burned me for $82!
