Excellent Service
Excellent service concerning the annual check of my boiler. Augustine Adeosun the technician was very good and left the bathroom in excellent condition. I highly recommend the service.

Gus called me prior to the visit and covered Rene Covid terms, very positive and detailed. I in turn told him my visiting terms. Gus was very thorough and explained every step that he carried out. The visit was positive and informative

Excellent thorough service
Excellent thorough service. Everything explained in a professional way. The engineer was personable, professional . Arrived on time , called beforehand as expected and followed all Covid 19 safety rules, by wearing a mask, touching very few surfaces or doors and disaffected the boiler after the service

Message : Thank you to Gus for fitting my new water cylinder and his follow up calls to make sure everything was in full working order. Thank you for being very polite and professional and explaining what works were being carried out. The service provided was excellent and I would definitely recommend Rene Plumbing. Excellent Service
The engineer worked carefully in terms of ensuring safety from Covid. He investigated my heating breakdown, diagnosed the fault, supplied an fitted new valve. He then checked and double checked the system was working. He was brilliant and his name was Gus.
