Had never claimed through house insurance. Process was simple and money transferred within days of visit as I wasn’t keen on the samples shown. No issues at all.

This was through Aviva Insurance!!
Shocking Service. They ordered the wrong carpet. Turned up to fit it 04/01/24 I said it was the wrong colour but they insisted that was what i ordered! I don't know the names of the carpet colours!!
They informed me that it would have to go to the customer services dept - and I would have to pay a further £250.00 to re-order the correct colour. I had removed all the furniture out of the room by then. They fitted the carpet but after they left i found a square cut out which was visible near the door bar. They left the by-fold door not able to shut. I rang and they said they would get somebody out to fix this. They sent a Rep out to check the errors on 26/01/24. He then agreed that they would need to come back out and fix these issues. After chasing and chasing they agreed to come out 22 March! They agreed pm and i took annual leave. They didn't turn up and i had to ring to get an explanation as to why nobody rang me ! I am still awaiting an apology. After several weeks with customer services ringing to see if the carpet fitters had rung me, they finally contacted me and re-arranged for 3 May in the afternoon. They came and the carpet fitter told me the door didn't shut before. He was calling me a liar!. He fixed it and finally they replaced the door bar which thankfully covered the cut out. They cut round the end of laminate flooring!!
So from The Insurance process started in November it was finally complete 3 May. They said they had no-one in the area until ........ I live in Harrogate, not my fault that they employ carpet fitters from Sunderland. Appalling service all round.
After wasting two half days annual leave to rectify the job! They refused to compensate me for my time and annual leave wasted and all the hassle they had caused. Chasing up all the time to see when they were coming back.

Arrived on time, absolutely no problems.Friendly and efficient and very helpful technician. A pleasure to deal with.

Excellent service

Absolutely terrible service. The worst I’ve ever experienced. From constant delays to being blatantly lied to! Told by Renew they have a carpet fitter that can fit at quote they’ve offered only to be told by that fitter the price they give them is 1/2 of what they could do it for and they would not be able to take the job. All lies from the start. Only offer the price they do because it’s their own carpet supplier company - that’s why cash settlement is a fraction of true price. Even with that they don’t have fitters to do job at price quoted.

The inconvenience of shopping for carpet and vinyl floor covering was removed with a home visit. The set up of Renew was explained to me and is a fair system for all involved with an insurance claim and a loss adjusters involvement.

The support team were very efficient and helpful in progressing my damage claim resulting from a home decorating accident. Every member of the team was friendly, efficient & professional. It took a long time to sort out everything but it was a huge insurance claim & there were lots of belongings to itemise. I was so thankful that the company was there to help me in a time of tremendous personal stress & I was happy with the final resolution.
