Dit bedrijf is een top bedrijf qua prijs, kwaliteit en service.
Ze reageren snel en bieden eerlijke prijzen.
Ik heb een tweede handse apple macbook gekocht maar hij lijkt echt op een nieuwe. Dus ik raad dit bedrijf aan.

I bought a MacBook Air M4 with water damage from renewlab.nl. In the description of the ad it was stated that there were some weird lines in the screen but that everything else worked as it should.
No warranty given.
When the laptop arrived (box undamaged), the MacBook does not respond to any key on the keyboard, or to the mousepad or an external keyboard or mouse.
Seller refused to do anything for me. Doesn't take it back, doesn't help me at all because "No warranty given".
The product is not as advertised and i do feel scammed.

That is not true.
We had clearly noted that the MacBook had water damage, and that especially the screen was damaged due to the water.
You bought the MacBook knowing the risks of a water damaged device. It is common sense that we cannot give warranty for this.
You were not buying a fully working MacBook and we were not withholding any information.
After receiving it you claimed the keyboard did not work, and we told you that the keyboard and trackpad were functional when the MacBook was with us.
You did not believe us and proceeded to send a video of the keyboard not working, and we replied with a video showing the MacBook with a working trackpad and keyboard.
This video was recorded on the same day as the purchase, therefore proving the MacBook's keyboard and trackpad were both functional when it was still with us.
We cannot take back damaged goods. Nobody does, especially when a product is sold without warranty and the buyer is fully aware of the water damage.
Calling us scammers is extremely disrespectful and incorrect. We have handled this matter professionally and transparently, but you are attempting to return a product that was sold as-is with known damage.
The matter is closed from our side.
