Best bus company in New Zealand
This company is fantastic. The drivers are on time, the company was willing to re schedule to our changing time frames. And the drivers are excellent drivers. The bus was very comfortable each time (we took three). I would absolutely use them again!

Rentabus are totally reliable and communicate well.
Rentabus kept in touch with me as the weekend approached so I knew I wouldn’t be let down. They gave me numbers to ring in an emergency - if the bus didn’t arrive as expected. The bus driver was just great giving us all a great experience. Thank you to you all.

Rentabus - Highly Recommend
Right from my first inquiry, I was impressed with the friendly and helpful staff. I very quickly received a quote then a confirmed booking with the details clearly outlined. Communication was excellent and when I needed to make some adjustments to pick up time and numbers, there was no fuss and updated confirmation was received. On the day of our booking, the driver arrived ahead of time and the coach was clean and in pristine condition. Our driver was friendly and accommodating.
I couldn't recommend Rentabus highly enough, and would definitely look to use them again in the future.

Amazing service to help plan our route for the fieldtrip. Driver was super at communicating with me, on time, helpful and felt very safe on the bus. Total professional. There was no issue at having to change our route and upgrade the bus size a few days out. All handled efficiently and always super friendly. Thank you

Excellent customer service
I’ve only booked the rentabus (it hasn’t actually turned up yet) but can I just say the customer experience I have received in doing this booking has been second to none! Highly recommended
We used a Rentabus to ferry guests to and from our Kumeu wedding - a smooth, stress-free process from start to finish. No question was too silly, no request too much. They were happy to provide advice, and when our original pickup location wasn't viable, Rentabus were quick to suggest an equally convenient location.
Event day communication was excellent, and when we had to adjust our numbers TWICE, the driver was understanding and accommodating.
Everyone we have dealt with has been an absolute professional, and we would not hesitate to recommend Rentabus to anyone needing to safely and reliably move a bunch of people from A to B.
