Safron responded to our enquiry quickly and efficiently and we were able to organise a hire for a large machine install with the hired forklift. Our insurance company asked many questions which Safron helped with very quickly. Delivered and collected on time. Very happy with the service received, would definitely use again when we need to hire a forklift.

Mario went above and beyond when we urgently needed an all-terrain forklift, managing to arrange everything within just one day. He was incredibly accommodating, even swapping the tires and delivering it to our new location. This was our first experience with this company, and despite not having an account set up due to our ongoing factory relocation, he trusted us and got everything in motion. We were able to finalize the payment by evening, resulting in the truck's arrival the following afternoon. The service exceeded our expectations, leaving us thoroughly satisfied.

Mario was amazing, we needed an all terrain forklift at very short notice and he jumped through hoops to get it sorted for us within 24 hours, this included swapping the tyres and delivering to our new site.
First time dealing with this company and he started the ball rolling on trust before we had account set up as we were in the process of moving factories which saved time and we managed to get payment over in the evening and truck was delivered afternoon next day.
