Wir sind sehr zufrieden mit Riads. Alles war korrekt und das Auto war in perfektem Zustand. Auf jede Frage, die wir hatten, haben sie schnell geantwortet. Sowohl die Abholung als auch die Rückgabe des Autos waren super einfach. Wir empfehlen sie jedem, der in Albanien ein Auto mieten möchte.

Horrible experience
Добрый вечер, я бронировал у вас на сайте 4-х дверный автомобиль форд,для семьи из 4-х человек, по приезду в аэропорт Тираны, меня ждал двухдверный автомобиль, с поломанным откидным верхом в ужасном состоянии, после переговоров с владельцем, он предложил пригнать этот автомобиль к нему в Тирану, для обмена, мне пришлось согласиться, хотя мне было не по пути. Обмен состоялся на 4-х дверный автомобиль в аварийном состоянии, абсолютно грязный ( аргумент владельца - уборка дорого стоит ) Если честно, ужасный опыт, повезло ,что автомобиль не сломался в дороге, владельцу автомобиля абсолютно всё равно на состояние автомобиля, главное получить оплату. Естественно, таким сервисом уже пользоваться не буду. Отдельное спасибо компании, что хоть с возвратом залога ( 50€ ) не было проблем.

It was a great experience overall
It was a great experience overall. They provided us with the exact car we had booked and even came to pick us up from the airport.
All the rules and regulations were explained clearly, which helped us drive smoothly and confidently. Their suggestions on places to visit while traveling to Ksamil were also very helpful.

Very bad experience - unreliable rental owner
The car was ok but was lacking window cleaner. Bough it but was not refunded eventhoug i left the car with more fuel than expected. I gave the deposit in euros and they wanted to give it back in lek which i refused. I met 2 different men so they always said they were not the boss and could not take any decision. I had the impression to deal with albanese mafia! Very bad experience. The rating of that car rental owner was excellent but not for me.

We discussed the case with the car provider. Please note that, as with most car rental companies, unused or excess fuel is normally not refundable. We also understand that you requested a partial refund for returning the car one day earlier, halfway through the reservation. Unfortunately, early returns are generally not refundable either, since the vehicle had already been blocked and reserved for your booking well in advance.
Regarding the deposit currency, the owner informed us that they in the end managed to convert it in eur.
We nevertheless regret that the communication and overall experience left you with a negative impression. While we fully respect your opinion, we do feel that a 1-star review may be somewhat harsh considering that the car itself met expectations and that the provider complied with the agreed rental conditions.
Your comments are important to us and will be shared with the provider to help improve the customer experience in the future.

The best rental company I have ever…
The best rental company I have ever experienced!!! I have rented a car from this company twice and it has always been perfect. This year I had a Mercedes car booked and before arrival I was informed that we would have an even newer car with much better quality and equipment. The rental company employees are very nice. When paying for the car rental, they did not have change to return, but when returning the car, they returned everything, but that is everywhere in Albania. In every cafe they will return you to the last Lek. The car was in perfect condition throughout our vacation and I thank you for this great service, which is offered directly at the airport, 5 minutes from the arrivals hall. I wish the car provider "amarildol1" only the best and keep it up. He is doing very well!!!
