This company is nothing but a scam. They took our money and have yet to market our property or give us any type of explanation. They have not returned our numerous calls. Do not do business with this company.

this is a scam! i sign up and gave my money in Oct 2022 and its now July 2023 and nothing. read the cancellation clause..... they continuously tell me give us 2-4 weeks. its been 9 months nothing but lies and more lies. i am reporting them to the state attorney general of Florida

No word, rentals or updates after nearly a year. No returned calls. If you read the five star reviews, few if any tell you if or what they earned. SCAM! The sales person was so good. What was I thinking. Wish I could get my money back.

I read a lot of negative and positive reviews but I decided to take a chance and pray that I get can come back with a positive review afterwards. The person, Glenisha, was pleasant.

It seems I have been scammed by this company bigtime! First they were adamant about being able to make the return on my investment of $6,000 within 90 days after having received my $2400 December of 2022. It has been nearly 6 months. Five offers or rental opportunities later, they tell me they could not find availability for those weeks requested. Call after call, they have some explanation that they need 2 weeks more, then 4, then 6. After reading these reviews, they had to be lying! Steve sold me the contract and answered the phone for the first 3 months, then a different person each time. They explained that if I had agreed to wait 180 days, it would return a significant amount more. In a few weeks, it will have been 180 days. They promised to update me every week, no updates, not one since they promised, lesson learned about reading the reviews before signing on the dotted line, and about verifying the contract to insure that the company is really obligated to follow through with all its promises.
I will write another review at that time and possibly change this review for the better or start a class action law suit. After reading the reviews, I am interested to find out where they are investing all this money they are not returning!

Company promises great income from rentals, I didn't get 1 rental in a 1-year period. SAVE YOUR MONEY

Honestly, I think that the people who posted rave reviews must be their employees. This company is a total scam who continuously called and called and called until my husband gave them the money, and then we never heard anything from them ever again. They sure will not be getting one more cent of my money, and I will be reporting them as legitimate scammers. I dare them to call here asking for more money.

SCAM...They will provide great customer service, calling every day, until you sign up. Once they take your money, you'll never hear from them again. Save yourself time and money...DONT DO IT.

I'm changing this review solely for the fact of Victoria. She was incredibly nice to me, despite my total rudeness. Even when I was convinced it was a scam, she made everything right. I can admit when I was wrong.

I would never do this again. They only reached out to me once with offers that were not available. After six months I extended for another six months and nothing. So a whole year with offer only once. This is ridiculous. Honestly I will never do it again.

I've been an owner for quite a while and use to rent out the weeks myself so not to sure why people are saying this is a scam ...Owner Alert !!!!!!!! You guys can do this yourself if you do your market research ....Im a full time mother now so don't really have the time anymore to reach out to resorts and do this myself . Rent My Time Inc was able to rent out 6 of my weeks at 2400.00 per week . I did have to wait about 7 months for my return but well worth the wait. Come 2024 I will be renting again so thank you

AT FIRST I WAS SCARED TO MAKE THE INVESTMENT BUT I WAS PATIENT AND WAITED THE 60 DAYS FOR MY OFFER CALLS TO COME IN ...IT DID TAKE A LIL OVER THE 60-90 DAYS TO GET MY RETURN ...BUT AT LEAST I RECEIVED MY CHECK..102 DAYS LATER TO BE EXACT THOUGH ...BUT OVERALL THANKFUL FOR THE RETURN BEING ABLE TO OFFSET MY MORGAGE THIS YEAR...TY RENT MY TIME

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is a scam. Run! They got my 2400 bucks in December of 2021 and STILL have not made good on the promise of bookings. I have gotten offers exactly 4 times in the past year and they are always for places that have zero availability.

Please be careful with this company. I am out of $2400 and no success with them renting my time share. If I could give them a zero, I would. Just don't do it!

This place is a scam! They have given me offers to rent but there are never availabilities on the locations they are looking for. Needless to say it’s been almost a year and not one rental has occurred. Major rip off! Don’t do it.

I feel like I have been scammed. I will be sure to let anyone I see at our vacation resorts know about this company so they do not lose out on any money or trust in humanity. I do not play the lottery: and that is exactly what this is.

Well, I called again today, it seems the only way to get any action. I have been at the “top of the list” for nearly 6 months. I have received offers 2-3 times with the same results: no time available during requested weeks. To say this is a gamble is understating the risk of bountiful reward. They are always pleasant to talk to, but at this time I need to see some “fruit” from my investment (if you want to call it that). I will update this review to a more positive review if and when this company follows through with their promise.

Signed up in March 2022. Have only received one potential rented week, but the location requested was not available. I feel scammed out of my $2399. I have sent follow up Emails and I keep being promised they will have someone reach out to me "as soon as possible," and still waiting!
