One the best referencing experiences I’ve ever had. Fast response and super helpful

Verry helpful

Really hard to get a hold of anyone. Never spoken to anyone on the phone. Been 3 weeks and having issues in the flat and no one is bothering to respond.

I'm a tenant.
Does not say why the application is still in processing.
Even with my right to rent, employer confirmation and everything, still require my guarantors employers email( this is too much) ask for recent pay slips and P60s this is more reasonable. And most of the times, people would think the email from this company as a spam as the managers or HR would not be expecting these emails. Just make a phone call and confirm, wouldn't this be much easier!!?
Had to be homeless because of this!!

So much wrong information

Numerous technological errors, abysmal response time, poorly designed system, inability for tennants to add guarantor info, no communication from support team about problems with the application process unless user makes a support request, limited and/or inaccurate information about application process, inconsistencies between information provided via the website and information provided by the app, significantly increased the amount of time and effort required to complete the application process compared to just processing things via the agency directly, longest tenancy application process I have ever been through by 4 entire days

Easy and quick process

Web interface worked smoothly and information communicated clearly. Well designed and implemented.

RTR check should not be a problem but it takes so long to check. It might be due to internal policy or procedures, but it should be explained to tenants as well.

But overall, I think the process is fine and the user interface is easy to follow.

Took verification money and never returned it back despite asking for it.

Never returned money used for verification despite emailing them twice. Seem to be collecting pennies from people thinking who will bother.
