Repair and Run is, without a doubt, the best repair shop I have ever been to. I brought my e-bike to them after it had been poorly and unprofessionally upgraded by a different repair shop, and I was honestly worried about its safety and reliability. From the moment they assessed the bike, their professionalism, patience, and deep technical knowledge were very clear.

They didn’t just “fix” the problem, they carefully rebuilt and improved the entire setup to make the bike significantly safer, cleaner, and more dependable. Ben, the bike repair technician, took exceptional care of every detail. You can truly see the craftsmanship in his work. From properly upgrading the wiring to installing a secure key-lock start system, everything was done with precision, intention, and pride. It’s rare to find someone who treats a customer’s bike as if it were their own, and that level of dedication really stood out to me.

What impressed me even more was their honesty and fairness. Despite the complexity of the repairs and improvements, the pricing was very reasonable and transparent. Because of their work, I can now ride my e-bike with complete confidence, without the constant worry of breaking down or not understanding what went wrong.

I left my new Ollie e-bike with this shop for a few days because the brakes were making a horrific sound. Javier fixed the issue and found a couple of other irregularities which he dealt with, and I am so pleased with my bike now. I found Repair and Run’s customer service to be exemplary and I am very, very satisfied. Cost was very reasonable too. I highly recommend this shop for your bicycle needs.

Repair and run did two repairs under warranty for Apollo ghost scooter first was replacing front motor due to bearings gone and replaced a battery that had bad cells. They also installed the upgrade kit 2023 for the apollo ghost. The work they did was very professional work on my scooter completing all work in a timely manner and was very impressed with their service. Very friendly and very helpful

After months of trying to get my Apollo Phantom repaired with the manufacturer unsuccessfully, I contacted Repair and Run to try to get my Repair completed. Wow! What an amazing difference!! Remi responded to my email inquiry within an hour and the repair was completed the following day at the Montréal location. I express my gratitude to the staff and how quickly they responded and repaired my e-scooter. I found their technicians competent and focused on my satisfaction. The repair was resolved the first time and I would recommend this company to anyone needing to get servicing done on the e-scooter. Thank you for the outstanding job and I will be back in the future for any repairs or servicing required!
