Super quick delivery, works well. Given a 4* as the vibration buttons on the lock screens of an IPhone X or above don’t work, minor inconvenience as it’s just a shortcut to the torch and the camera, I don’t mind but just a heads up! Otherwise it’s great, thank you.

What a great service. I had mistakenly thought that my iPad screen was cracked but it was just the protective glass cover that was damaged. The company contacted me, explained the situation and issued a credit. It is great to get such honesty, they could have just pocketed the money and I would have been none the wiser. They replaced the damaged cover with a new one. Service was really quick . I would definitely use this company again and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Rate the service, they were true to their word and fixed my phone, and there were no hidden costs, which I was afraid of, because my phone (Huawei P-smart) also had a broken LCD. I sent it off 1st class recorded delivery (£7.65!!!) on Friday and received an email from the store on Saturday to say they'd got it. I didn't have a number they could contact me on about repairs, so I put a note in the package with my email address written on it for peace of mind. Recommend doing this if you don't have another phone to put your sim in when u send it for repair!

By Tuesday, I had my phone back, fixed and with a new screen protector. Took 5-days in total, but considering it was sent on a Friday I expected it to be a bit slower than their usual next-day return. Overall, a great experience and I'd use them again!

Screen repair for phone. Contacted me all the way through process. Small issue with resetting phone. Asked if was ok to do so before they did.....at no extra cost. Otherwise phone would have been unusable. I was expecting second class return, but no. As soon as phone was repaired, next day it arrived. Packaged securely via royal mail requiring signature. Good service.

Basically, you pay the money and the job is done! Great, but there are a couple of points to bear in mind. Firstly, the replacement screen I had on a Nokia 6 isn't a genuine one and therefore isn't Gorilla Glass. I was aware of this before I placed my order because I rang the company first to check. This may not apply to other (more common) phones, but it's something to bear in mind. Secondly, when sending the broken phone, best not to include the original packaging if you want it back again. My repaired phone was returned in generic packaging and the original Nokia box went missing. OK, these things happen and the company got me a replacement Nokia box, but again, something to consider when sending your phone. I wouldn't have been bothered, but when you sell the phone on, I've found that having the original box etc is a selling point. But because the company put it right, I'm not knocking any stars off!

Excellent service, 'repair my phone' did what they say on the tin ! Turn round time was good to. I've a spare phone that I will be sending to them, which is the best review of all.

Sceptical about sending my phone away, but sent recorded delivery and paid with PayPal to protect myself. Fixed and sent back within 48 hours. Not a lot of communication during the process but sent back in very secure packaging. Only down fall is the screen is a bit glitchy since being fixed.. have to turn it off and on on occasion now!

Good job. Replaced battery. Fixed dislodged rear glass gratis.
