I made the decision to get my treasured watch repaired by Repairs by Post with much trepidation. Due to lacklustre performances by local watch repairers ( that’s not worth repairing, it’ll cost more than it’s worth, it’ll be at least three months, etc) I went ahead. Working that I didn’t know where my watch was, didn’t know who was “ fixing” it. Would I ever see it again. Blah, blah, panic, fuss.
Well….. the communication was first class, from those guys Recieving my watch, estimates, invoice, return and most importantly, the watch was set and working when it was returned in a touch over four weeks , which was right on the nail!!
It is super clean ( I wear it a lot) and I am very, very pleased.
So…. No need to worry, good communication, very good service, and altogether good eggs!!
I’m glad I have found them because I have more watches that need doing.

I searched for a local watchrepairer for my Maurice Lacrois watch without success, after a search on line I found Repairs by post and I am well pleased with their helpful knowledge, courteous help and excellent repair and overhaul of my watch. I would certainly use them again.

The collection, repair and return process was well communicated with useful advice offered.

I can only say that I was delighted to come across Repairs By Post. My heart sank when I dropped an old pocket of considerable emotional attachment but then discovered Repairs By Post. The whole process of sending in the watch for assessment and confirmation that it could be repaired together with an estimate of cost was seamless. The watch was duly returned in excellent order having been repaired and serviced.

I think this service was amazing so easy to follow and when they say 4-6 weeks to fix the watch that’s not always the case it’s a lot faster. Would strongly recommend this service and will definitely be using it again

I returned a Luminox watch for a battery replacement and reseal. The communications were excellent, as was the quote and turn around time. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 was because the original Luminox case was not returned with the watch. I did email customer services and after contacting their workshop, they have now sent it back to me. I see this has been a complaint in the past and suggest that if a customer returns an original case, they mark it on the worksheet and tag the case - not really very difficult! But overall, an excellent service and I would happily use them again.

My favorite watch was put to rights. I have an Automatic watch thats not the most expensive timepieces but I am very attached to it. Repairs by post put it right and I am delighted to be wearing it again. Thanks!

Totally professional from start to finish, I knew from the off what I was expected to pay so no hidden charges etc which was brilliant. The watch is an older watch and they have managed to keep the watch as it is was; whilst still fixing an extremely damaged besel which now stays on turns and functions as it should. Definitely will be using this team again - I’ve been a collector of over 30 watches for some time and it’s a relief to be able too trust again. I highly recommend RBP

I sent my watch to RBP twice within a short space of time, and by the time it was returned to me the second time it still had issues.
They managed to miss that there were movement issues both times in assessing it previously, and as such they were going to charge me for a third repair to fix the issue that was there the first time. In the end I went elsewhere as it was taking so long and I couldn't trust them.

I used this company for the second time to service my wife's Gucci watch, which local jewellers seem unable to accommodate or charge extremely high prices for. My previous experience was 4 years ago and the repair done then comfortably outlasted the 2 year guarantee which accompanied it. In fact the watch was still working but I thought it should be serviced and the battery replaced. Again the service and communication was first class. I can't really fault this company at all and will continue to use it in future.

I didn't realise how much I'd neglected my 28 year old Oris - no wonder it wasn't working and sat unused in a drawer!
Jonathan laughed with me about it. Then he and his team did a fantastic job to service and repair it.
They charged me a professional fee appropriate for a highly skilled professional job.
Now I'm enjoying wearing my Oris every day.

RBP did a great job on my watch. They keep you tuned in with progress and really good value for money. Recommended.
