I would write a better review if I would have a reply from this company.I replied to three different times on when is my product arriving, is there a tracking number, and where is it now. Did it leave the factory?? And no response or reply!

Resposta da Repelbullies
We were devastated to receive this review today, we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. Having looked into this, It looks like you previously replied to our automated review email, these e-mails do not come through to us in the office. We have however seen your e-mail this morning, and have replied. Hopefully, this matter can be resolved swiftly. We can assure you your order would have been shipped out within 24hrs (unless the order was placed on Friday evening), and we include a tracking link in the confirmation email we send out when an order is fulfilled. This issue will be with the Postal Service, but we will look into for you once you have confirmed your order number on our reply email.

I placed an order from Italy. Considering thtat the whole Europe is in a crisis situation due to Covid-19, Repelbullies make it great! The shipping has been fast and they made me also a nice gift!

Helping someone with a disability
I recently bought the Barbell Strap after having it recommended to me by a PT when struggling to find a way to effectively perform DeadLifts.
I have a disability which makes me unable to grip the barbell to carry out deadlifts.
Since purchasing this product, I’m able to carry out these compound lifts with ease.
It certainly has taken a bit of getting used to but something that has really changed my outlook on the gym and my attitude to enable me to feel ‘normal’ as opposed to someone who’s different.
Would highly recommend them to anyone with hand injuries or disabilities relating to arm or hand
