J’ai acheté une paire de ballerine à 300 euros et ai voulu la rendre tout de suite après. Mais la maison ne pratique pas les remboursements ! Cela m’a choquée au vu du prix des chaussures et surtout des politiques retour en vigueur dans tous les magasins aujourd’hui. Du coup j’ai toujours ma paire de ballerine que je n’ai jamais porté et j’ai perdu 300 euros. Ce qui est sur c’est que je n’irai plus acheter chez eux.
Poor website and returns policy
I ordered ballet pumps for my daughter. Postage was £6 which I thought was steep for something costing £40 but went ahead and got the size she usually wears in her usual ballet pump brand. The pumps arrived in a box that was partly ripped apart, and didn't have a 'luxury' feel I expected (other than the little note they enclose in an envelope). The shoes were tiny for the size, so I tried to return them. The so-called 'prepaid' return label is misleading, as the cost is deducted from your refund, so you are actually paying for it. So, buying an item and returning it costs £12 in postage (the pumps only cost £40). Plus, they only use DHL and the nearest store to me is 20 miles away. It's prob not worth my while returning them as it's quite a trek out of my way and hassle. I will definitely not buy from this store online again. When buying shoes online where you can't try them on first, this is frustrating and I would expect an expensively priced brand like this to offer free returns, and alternative postage options (and an exchange option too ) so customers can easily return items that are not the correct size.

The website is absolutely not intuitive, it's confusing and difficult to navigate. On top of that, the returns and refund process simply doesn’t work. It’s frustrating and feels like they make it impossible to get your money back.

The website feels completely outdated and really hard to navigate. It’s frustrating that you can’t easily make exchanges or returns online, something that should be simple and standard for a brand like this. The whole experience feels disappointing and not at all user-friendly.
Fantastic customer service from Anaïs and My-Linh
I bought a pair of ballet flats in Paris and I noticed an issue when I arrived home in England. Anaïs and My-Linh were super responsive, helpful and resolved my issue immediately, despite the distance and difficulty. I'm super pleased with my experience and I was concerned given some of the reviews I read, but that has not been my experience and Repetto exceeded my expectations tenfold. Thank you!
Mauvaise qualité/ service clientèle déplorable
J'ai acheté une paire de chaussures dont la semelle s'est décollée à l'avant au bout de 3 mois à peine. Retour de repetto: c'est une mauvaise utilisation! Une paire de chaussures ne s'abîme pas au bout de si peu de temps. Il y a manifestement un défaut de conception ou une fragilité excessive mais aucune solution n'a été apportée. Expérience très décevante et très mauvaise qualité!

J'ai acheté plusieurs paires de Repetto, Chères donc supposées être de bonne qualité. Paire achetée il y a quelques années, peu mises: les semelles de protection anti-pluie à refaire, talons juste collés que mon cordonnier m'a remis en état en ajoutant quelques pointes. Lamentable... Rien à voir avec LA BOTTE GARDIANE ou PARABOOT qui restent d'excellente facture.

J'ai acheté un paire en Mars, mise 6 fois elle se déchire de tout les côtés. Je retourne en boutique le 1/7 ils prennent mon numéro et 20 photos qu'ils s'empressent d'envoyer à l'atelier. 10 jours après pas de réponses. J'y retourne. Ils ne peuvent plus les réparer. 350€ qui tiennent 3 mois ????!!!! Alors je demande un prix sur un nouvelle paire. Ils disent que me répondront dans les 3 jours. Durée de réponse ? 10 jours.
Réponse négative, 0 prix et 0 réparation.
J'appelle 7 fois. Pas de réponses.
J'arrive à avoir quelqu'un qui dit me rappeler dans une heure et RIEN.
Bref, FUYEZ CETTE BOUTIQUE mais pas en repetto, vous finirez pieds nus.

Ayant acheté des ballerines Repetto hier à presque 300 Euros. Aujourd'hui le talon s'est décollé, c'est vraiment une honte, vu le prix, que les ballerines ne tiennent pas même 24H.

Déçue
Si l’achat et la livraison sont extrêmement faciles, et le produit magnifique il faut le souligner, les retours sont payants (5€) sauf échange (pratique quand plus la bonne taille de dispo) et le prix n’est pas justifié dès lors que c’est au client de se déplacer en point relai pour aller rendre le colis. Pour une paire de chaussures à 410€ que j’étais ravie d’acheter, je suis doublement punie car privée de produit dispo à l’échange et tenue de remettre la main au porte monnaie pour les restituer.

I cannot believe what they did not to refund
I have been a loyal customer of Repetto online shop for years. I still cannot believe the way I am treated by the customer service when I returned an order on 5 March 2025.
I sent two orders back on 5 March and they refunded one on 7 March. I asked a few days later why the other one is not refunded yet and they claimed that I sent worn item (tank top) back and it is dirty. I said that if it is dirty, maybe it was my deodorant but I wore it only to try on for a minute or two and put back in original package and sent back the day after.
After a few days again, when I asked the status of the refund, they claimed that the shoes were also dirty but they managed to clean the shoes so they will refund it but they will send the tank top back to me. I do not believe that the shoes were dirty. Because I protested against the allegation that I sent a worn tank top back, they claimed one week later that the shoes were also dirty. This is outrageous. Who knows what happens to the sent back items; maybe they wear it themselves and put the blame on me? How I can prove now that I wore items only for a few minutes to try on?
I still do not have the refund back or the tank top (to be given to charity shop as it was too small for me). I shop online for years and this allegation of wearing clothes/shoes and then returning them to seller was NEVER made by any shop; including the very cheap brands. I would never expect such a treatment from such an expensive brand. I will never buy anything from Repetto any more because if I try something for a minute and if it doesn’t fit, I cannot return because they will come up with claim that I sent worn/damaged item back (where is their proof that I wore the item or if they didn’t wear it themselves?) I bought so many expensive items online from them for so many years and it is just a shame what happened with the last order. No more new orders!

Réponse du service client "nous sommes désolé" , pas un geste sur la livraison rien ... passe ton chemin client, ici tu n'es absolument pas respecté !!

J’ai acheté des bottines repetto à prix d’or le mois dernier. Je les ai mises seulement trois fois et elles ont déjà un aspect très usé . J’applique pourtant les conseils d’utilisation qui m’ont été donnés à la lettre . Je suis terriblement déçue. Je n’en achèterai plus jamais.

N’achetez plus ! En 3 mois , le talon d’une de mes ballerines s’est décollé pourtant après un usage très très modéré . Le SAV me propose une réparation atelier avec un retour fin septembre . C’est une blague . Mauvais confection mauvaise qualité du cuir et du montage et très mauvais SAV . A fuir !
DEVASTATED and FURIOUS
I am utterly gutted and furious with my Repetto experience. In 2022 I began my love with the shoe brand, coveting many pictures displaying the Camille Ballerinas in particular. I thought it was a beautiful shoe, and I began to save up my money for it. I am young, and worked hard for a few months to be able to afford the 275 pound shoe. I purchased the shoe late December 2022 from the authentic website, and have photographic proof of this. After roughly 3 months of owning the shoe, the entire shoe had practically crumbled.
The so-called 'authentic' leather was dried up, the bottom of the shoe had become paper thin and had actual holes where my toes were coming through. The inside of the shoe had crumbled, dried up as well. I was devastated and CONFUSED most of all. After months of saving up, I only had worn these shoes a few times over the few months, bearing in mind I live in a FLAT CITY with pavements. The shoes were under no strenuous condition, and they were my size exactly. I couldn't believe how the shoes had fallen apart so quickly. I reached out to Repetto customer service in aid of desperate help, as I had heard that they do free quality repairs. They asked for details and evidence, and after that replied with the exact response 'your pair is too badly damaged for them to carry out a quality repair...take them to your own co-ordinator so that he can, if possible, provide you with a solution'. I have since been to a very trustworthy and authentic shoe repair shop, and the owner said the leather was not even authentic patent, it was entirely dried up, and that it would be a waste to invest any more money in these shoes, as the structure of the shoe is incredibly flawed.
I cannot emphasise how gutted I am, and how not a single bit of financial compensation was offered, despite the fact that these shoes are not fit for use. I have now lost 275 pounds, and most importantly a shoe that I coveted and worked for, for months, with not a scrap of help or eagerness to solve my problem in any way. I cannot emphasise how let-down I feel.
