I am very disappointed in this company . I ordered a light up Letter “ D” as a Christmas gift and It came broken . They will not replace it ! I’m so angry, they offer me $2 as a replacement!

I made an order for the bras but got no order details ,the money £23.34 was taken immediately,,the order was made on 5 Oct at around 10.30pm so I now have no way to track my order ,I have already been ripped off twice this yr,I am on very little money as it is and I cant afford for it to happen again,

Took 2 months to finally receive the item, then a standard SD Card wint fit in the item.

I was sent a dress up doll book which l never bought and they took the money out of my Bank Account without my permission and did not refund it. I am not at all happy with their lack of ethics.

I ordered a bra and they sent wrong size. Keep asking for return address, but not getting any answer. Cant help thinking they wait 30 days and they wont have to refund me. Better not be the case. Either refund me or send me the correct size.

I got this answer after my rewiew, I contacted them and still nothing. No answer and no solution.

Do not buy from them. I bought a hair product, it does not heat up and is not what they advertised. All they would give me is a $5 refund. It’s a joke. Very disappointed. Will never buy from them again.

I placed an order and paid for it 25th August 2024. I have not heard anything from this company (reposaltrust). No receipt, no order number nothing. Because this was a UK order I thought I would give it time. I have tried to email them but can not get them at all. Sorry, but I say it must be false, Very disappointing. I am still trying to contact them to sort this out.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. First of all, their product that they sell is substandard. It looks As if it was made with child labor in a camp. They do not respond to return items or any other communication for that matter, I would be very wary purchasing anything from these thieves.
I ordered some shirts and shorts with the American stripes that I wanted for Fourth of July. I ordered this merchandise in April and it did not arrive until the second week in July. I was so disappointed that it arrived late, extremely late. My packages came in Separate packages and arrived at different times.

I ordered a mini shaver .it arrived ,I tried it out it is a complete waste of money . Does not shave all.

If I could give no stars I would. Ordered 4 dresses. All correct but huge sizing and unsuitable. I have been locked in an email war for weeks trying to get their return address but keep getting same response back along these lines. They are in repeat and won’t give me the address so I can check the return rate myself. Stay away from these guys!!

I ordered eye cream in February, in march my post office tracked the order to china, it was never sent! The company offers a couple of dollars as compensation, “not their fault the package was never sent”. I demand a full refund and now they won’t answer any more. No, I will never order from this company again! Also, you can find the same items much cheaper from other sellers. Stay away!

FIRST OFF, THEIR PICTURE OF "GLITTER PENS" DID NOT MATCH WHAT I RECEIVED...THIS "CRAP" I RECEIVED TOOK WEEKS TO GET HERE....THEY WERE SHIPPED FROM FINLAND....THEY DID NOT TELL ME THAT THERE WOULD BE ADDITIONAL CHARGES TO CONVERT TO FINLAND'S CURRENCY.......I WAITED MORE THAN A MONTH FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED......OH, AND MY INFO IS SHOWING UP ON THE "DARK" WEB NOW.......BE WARNED !!

Never received my order.

I have been trying to purchase Magnetic Dress up Baby /B and my credit cards are being refused. I get the following message "Your payment exceeded the amount or frequency limit". Why? Neither of my cards is maxed out. An explanation, please.

This tool is extremely useful and of high quality. It arrived in 2 weeks and left me impressed with its efficiency. It easily slices through pineapple, leaving clean cuts and minimal waste. I'm very happy with this purchase. This tool made my work in the kitchen much simpler.

PLEASE NOTE. Despite an image of the perfect dress, you will receive a poor copy of the item. the material is different, the seams are terrible. In short, don't get caught.

I ordered 2 screwdrivers with bits etc. But those items were missing in 1 of the packages. They just told me that they had checked that, so I should look again.

I ordered 2 items 1 item was damaged beyond use, the other was faulty and did not work as expected as shown on recordings I sent in.
No offer of replacement or refund even after siting my case on several communications.
I am now seeing other posts here querying whether this is a scam. I believe it it.
