I bought the ems pad and neck massager with tenz. Complete junk battery last about 10 mins and the neck massager is a joke waste of money! Took almost a month to be delivered also

I recently purchased a headache massger for my migraine, doesn’t work/ terrible item, so I tried to return the product. I had it for 2days, I tried to return it - emailed them, responded in 3days and saying practically I’ll get back 20%- I paid shipping too. Seriously! Not even worth for my time and energy. What a bogus advertisement and scam return policy. I wished I find this review before I buy from them. Hope This company is go out of business asap, so they can’t rip off the consumer from future. Delivery take a long time too. Run as far as possible away from this company if you don't want to get screwed! Please All the reviews and don’t waste your money and Time!!

Poor quality product that broke within a month of use, no warranty past their 14 day return policy. Delayed delivery, as well.

I have not received the order yet but have experienced very bad customer service. I want to cancel my order. The phone number is a fake one. I spent days to reply emails to get it canceled. Even though it has not been shipped out yet, I had to pay 10% fee. And they will withdraw your discount of the second order if you cancel the first order. I have never experienced such a terrible customer service. I would not recommend to buy anything from them. I usually do not post customer reviews but this is so bad!

I recently purchased a leg massager for my 80 year old father. He was able to get one for free from Medicare so I tried to return the product. I had it for 3 weeks (still in the unopened box). I tried to return it and was refused because it had been 14 days. Seriously! How can they expect older people to get a product, try it out, and then return if needed within 14 days! I explained the fact that my father is on a limited income and $150 is a lot of money to just throw away. They still refused to accept the return. I then opened the box to look at it and see if it may be better than the one he received from Medicare. I was shocked at how cheaply made and flimsy this massager is! Run as far as possible away from this company if you don't want to get screwed!

I bought a neck traction device and it works well still. The customer service is also great. I asked a lot of questions before buying it and they were able to answer me. I highly recommend this store.

Great ankle/Achilles massager…for a month. Then the Velcro wears out and the strap doesn’t hold rendering the device useless. This doesn’t occur within the first 14 days so couldn’t get a refund. Also could not find a way to submit a review on their website.

Never received my order. I ordered and paid for a neck traction device to help my pain. I never received any confirmation or tracking information. The phone number is useless as they only have voice-mail. I left 4 voice-mail messages with no reply. I also emailed customer support multiple times with no reply. If this isn't straight up theft, I don't know what is.

DO NOT BUY FROM REPOSEPOINT! They sent me a defective product and have not responded to my many calls and emails. It also arrived weeks late. This is not a professional or ethical company. This is a SCAM. They will take your money but not make good on defects.
