Sometimes things go wrong. It’s normal. The way that a company then puts it right is vital and helps you decide if you want to stay as a customer. I’m staying a Republic of Cats customer because they put in a lot of work to keep in touch and rectify the order. Thanks

I can't recommend this company highly enough, my cats favourite wet and dry food by far, and trust me, we've tried them all. The customer service is outstanding, and any issues with deliveries, payments etc, is resolved on the same day.
Yes, it may seem expensive, but other companies I've had a trial pack from, were far more expensive, and I was not impressed by the quality of the foods. My older 'lazy' cat, who always coughed up hairballs daily, has coughed up one single furball in the last 6 x months since giving him this food. He runs around in the garden now,for the first time in 7 years, playing with my younger rescue cat, . His health has improved dramatically, they've shiny coats, not constantly hungry and is gradually losing his excess weight. I've never seen them so excited as when our order is delivered, we love the quality and quantity, the perfect amount.
Absolutely 10 out of 10 to Republic of Cats.

My fussy cat loves the food especially the wet food. The customer service is great too. Would highly recommend

The wet gravy food is popular with my puss also loves the pate type and the dry food she loves very impressed 👍🏻👍🏻ordering more for sure

Great value taster box, and personable, polite staff

I’m a 2 year customer now for my two kitties. They are both very healthy with shiny coats. But on the odd occasion when things do go wrong (like damage in transit or you can’t make the change you need online) then a lovely (real) human being responds to your email or phone call and fixes it within a day -rapidly & decisively. I hope they stay this good !

Sadly im not good on computers, however, I have emailed your team for advice and changes to my cat food menu. You were extremely prompt at answering my questions. Thank you for a top class service

Very quick delivery, fabulous trial box for only £5, the price of a coffee nowadays.
My boy, Bowie Blu absolutely loved the biscuits and particularly the stews.
Ordered another lot for him. Really good product and my boy is extremely fussy. No more taking chances of him wasting food. X

Grubby cat loves the food

Been using republic of cats for years and love them. Food always comes on time and plenty of reminders to choose options for cats food. Cat loves the stuff and the variety of flavours means he doesn't get board which is great.

Macrine knew which kibble my cat will eat being an older cat he needed the small pieces.
The communication was excellant and went above and beyond .

The food is very much enjoyed by Orlando the marmalade cat. He is a bit picky but loves all the fishy tins. They are delivered regularly so we are in no danger of ever running out.

Good value taster box, gives you time to try what your cat likes, with no pressure to order stuff that'll go to waste.
Quality animal proteins up to 60% or so, so many times higher than shelf bought ones in supermarkets.

I’ve found Republic of Cats to be exceptional. Their customer service, response time and overall helpfulness have been outstanding whenever I’ve needed support.

Most importantly, my very fussy Siamese — who has tried countless foods over the years — genuinely enjoys their food. He doesn’t love every flavour, but the ones he does eat are always finished completely and clearly enjoyed, which is such a relief after struggling to find something he’ll reliably eat.

We’ve recently welcomed a new kitten to the family and are in the process of introducing them to Republic of Cats as well.

I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Disgusted with this company.
Had the trial box, my cat didn't like the fish ones so went to cancel. Was offered a months supply for 40% off removing the flavours the cat didnt like. Decided to try for a little longer. Fresh box arrived a few days later.
Unfortunately, the cat wouldn't eat any of the cans or the biscuit, so I signed into the account and cancelled the 2nd week of February, a week after the delivery. My account page on the website said cancelled in orange, so assumed all good. Double checked again on 27th February and still said cancelled. Roll on today and recieved a text saying my order was out for delivery??
Contacted company to be told that the account was active and had not been cancelled. Told they send out an email at least 2 days before shipping to let customers know they have an order coming and will be charged.
The last email I recieved from them was on 31st January - no emails have been recieved since that date (bar todays email stating they have now cancelled the account!), nothing in Spam, Junk, Trash or inbox!
I was not made aware that they would be dispatching a box until it was the day of delivery- which was too late. They also took £50 from my account without notification.
I am now stuck with £50 of food my cat won't eat. Company not interested in rectifying their mistake and would rather cover it up with a blanket response.

I love dealing with this company - they reply immediately, are super helpful and very understanding of any problems you might have.
Plus my cat loves them too! There is a wide variety of meals to choose from - my cat's favourite meals are those with pork and fish.

We have been using this brand for over a year and our 4 cats seem to enjoy the food. Getting the food delivered to us is great as it saves quite a bit of time.
