No show booking and lack of customer service
Ordered a pick up service which was arranged at short notice and accordingly at a significant cost. The company were very responsive during the booking period and took payment ahead of confirming the booking which was to happen the next day. Ultimately, they didn’t turn up to collect the patient, causing her to miss a pre booked treatment. Since the missed booking no one has responded to calls or emails or made any acknowledgment of the missed booking to arrange a refund
