No customer service. Chats go unanswered, and emails are never responded to. No email update or updates through the shop app on order status. Forced to file a dispute with my CC company.

It's a scam. Charged for a sweatshirt that was never shipped. Many attempts made to contact seller, no response.

Nope! This is a wack “business”. I purchased a crewneck sweatshirt on 1/10/2026 and have not received it. I have sent MULTIPLE emails through every handle I could find without a single response. I would absolutely not be recommending this site to anybody.

I placed an order on this site on 1/9/2026. After they charged my credit card and sent me a confirmation email, I never heard from them again. They haven't shipped anything out yet. I also tried chatting with them on their site, filling out a contact form, emailing them, and commenting on all of their social media channels (instagram, twitter, facebook). Thus far, I've gotten no replies or updates on my purchase. Additionally, they deleted all of my comments on facebook/instagram asking for help. This company takes your money, doesn't provide you with product, and doesn't respond at all to your many inquiries for help/update.

I strongly recommend against buying from them. This is one of the worst run businesses I've ever dealt with

This company is all front and no substance. They are an absolute scam.

They are so proud of all of the celebrity endorsements they have but deliver absolutely nothing.

I ordered every fitted SF hat on their site in October, 2025 and it is now January, 2026. I have received nothing.

I emailed their support, chatted with their support on 10/18/25,11/11/25,12/08/25,12/18/25 and was ignored each time.

I escalated via PayPal and it is now under their investigation process. I've checked the status today, 01/01/2026 since they were expected a response from them by 12/31 and they have ignored PayPal as well.

I wish I had seen the reviews that others posted on Sitejabber prior to ordering. They're all 1 stars. It's odd that there is little out there other than that. I'm hoping people will share their experiences here to help others stay out of reach.

Stay away from these scammers!

This is in the midst of escalation. That triggered them to generate another USPS tracking number. This is now either the 4th or 5th generated. It appears that's their tactic when the customer escalates with their bank or some other authority. So it will result in nothing but further deception.

The activity pattern is that the numbers eventually expire due to a lack of activity. Perhaps their belief is that activity will stem the escalation. Another outcome was that one of the tracking numbers showed delivered, but of course it wasn't. That's when I escalated to USPS to investigate. They're doing that now. All sound like mail fraud using a federal agency?

I'm looking into that as well. This isn't about money, it's about pursuing potential illegality and shutting it down.

Predictably, the current USPS tracking number has had ZERO activity. As with the previous 4, it too will soon be deactivated due to no activity. Of course it will, there is no actual product to ship.

Once again, this company has generated tracking numbers to purport they have or are in the process of shipping items in my order. The latest one was scanned by the USPS as being delivered. A second occurrence for them. The third tracking number is supposedly in process and I fully expect it too will not be delivered and the Postal service will show it delivered.

I have submitted this erroneous scan to USPS in the hopes they will address their end of this fraud. It’s baffling to me that a company would commit this using a federal agency.

Also, again, no communication from these pathetic scammers. It's shameful and these people are an embarrassment.
