Nick was very patient with us when answering all our queries. He kept us up to date with all the procedures. A very well mannered approachable man.

We were slightly apprehensive about taking out an equity release plan but after Louise Croasdale visited our house and fully explained the pros and possible cons, we were very happy to proceed with the plan.
She managed to find a very good interest rate and keep it as low as possible. It was completed in just a few weeks.

I already had an Equity Release account with an option for more if needed. I decided to do this so I contacted them and after a initial consultation with Simon things moved very fast indeed . After a few questions things were put in place and I received the funds within 14 days. I cannot day how impressed I was with the service throughout. Everything went so smoothly and the staff were brilliant. If ever you think about Equity Release then try these people first.
